IDAHO 7™ is an experimental hop variety first released in 2015 from Jackson Hop Farm in wilder, Idaho. This variety is used mostly as an aroma hop and for dry hopping due to its strong flavor and aroma. Idaho™ also has fairly high alpha acids content for bitterness.

GR Saphir is bred by the Hop Research Center in Hüll, Germany, Saphir’s low alpha acids, admirable resistance to disease, and familiar citrusy, spicy, and floral notes make it an increasingly preferred stand-in for famous noble hop Hallertauer Mittelfrüh.

AMARILLO® US is Known for being the hops that "tastes like it smells". This found hop from Virgil Gamache Farms in Washington packs a fruity punch that is just what your IPA needs.

Agnus is a high alpha acid hop. Agnus has been compared in various sources to Magnum, Nugget, Target and Columbus. According to the Hop Growers Union of the Czech Republic brewing results has shown that it has a better effect on beer stability. This makes it good for export beers and for German style lagers as well as Pilsners.

Wallamette, the triploid daughter of fuggle was released as a U.S. Aroma variety in 1976 from the USDA breeding program in Oregon. The variety is characterized by a low alpha acids content, mild aroma similar to fuggle, and average argonomic yields.

Arix Saaz late is a saaz variety and further breeding material.

CASHMERE is a cross between cascade and nothern brewer released by Washington state university in 2013, cashmere is a dual-purpose stunner evoking coconut, melon, tangerine and other tropical and spicy notes alongside smooth bitterness.

Bravo® Hop Pellets (2020) is largely attributable to its parent variety, Zeus. It’s bittering quality is considered smooth and in addition features light floral aromas and subtle flavors of orange and stone fruit making it highly desirable for use in many different ale styles. Aroostook Mount Hood is a triploid seedling of the German Hallertauer variety (ours range from 4-6% alpha acid).

USDA 008 experimental variety 008 (also known as USDA Elite Line 008) is an exciting new aroma variety from the US public breeding program. Notes of green apple, peach, and mango are rounded out with grassy and subdued earth characteristics. A great choice for adding a new dynamic to West Coast IPAs and hoppy/hazy pale ales.

MILL 95 CASHMERE US is Known for being a late addition stunner, Cashmere's aromas of coconut, melon and lemon-lime citrus don’t disappoint. Since it's release in 2013 by Washington State University it has rapidly grown in popularity.

GALENA is the ancient Roman term for the mineral galenite, which occurs in the soils of Oregon and gives its name to the hop variety grown there. Galena is a high alpha acids variety developed in the USDA breeding program in Idaho and released as a variety in 1978. It is characterized by high alpha acids and a relatively high content of beta acids.
