SILFOAM® SD 860 is an anhydrous silicone antifoam agent formulated with organofunctional silicone fluid and organic components. It exhibits excellent dispersibility in water. This antifoam agent is particularly suitable for use in organic systems that require a high level of compatibility with the antifoam agent. SILFOAM® SD 860 can effectively address challenges commonly encountered by silicones in various applications, including paints, adhesives, and water-miscible cooling lubricants.

SILRES® BS 46 is an aqueous, solventless emulsion that is based on polymethylhydrogensiloxane. It is specifically designed for use in the application of gypsum wallboards and gypsum fiberboards. During the application procedure, SILRES® BS 46 is added to the mixing or gaging water of the plaster. By incorporating it into the plaster mixture, it imparts its beneficial properties to the final product.

PRIMIS® EP 1700 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. The dispersion combines moderately high solids content with lower viscosity, making it possible to add moderate filler loadings. This results in formulations with good fluidity in board core. PRIMIS® EP 1700 is produced without any added organic solvents or plasticizers.

SILRES® BS 17 is a solventless concentrate that is based on silanes and siloxanes. It is specifically used in water-diluted form for the hydrophobation (waterproofing) of silicate-based mineral construction materials that are produced in plants. One of the key advantages of SILRES® BS 17 is that it is a water-free and solventless silicone concentrate. It can be easily diluted with drinking water without the need for sophisticated mixing devices. This allows for convenient and efficient dilution, making the application process simpler for users.

VINNAPAS® 547 ED (NJG) is a versatile polymer dispersion with high water resistance and excellent compatibility. This product is a dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 547 ED (NJG) is produced without using formaldehyde donors and without adding plasticizers or organic solvents.

SILRES® BS 1306 is a solventless, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It can also be used as a water-repellent primer, in which case it should be diluted with water at a ratio of 1 part SILRES® BS 1306 to 9 parts water. If the primer is required to strengthen the substrate, we recommend adding a polymer dispersion in hydrosol form.

VINNAPAS® 536 ED is a versatile polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene with a high solid content. It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors. The residual monomer content is below 1000 ppm. The dispersion is characterized by high bonding strength combined with increased flexural strength and good compatibility with inorganic fillers like CaCO3.

VINNAPAS® 510 ED is a polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors. The residual monomer content of the dispersion is below 1000 ppm. VINNAPAS® 510 ED offers several advantages in building chemical applications as well as in general adhesives. To achieve optimum weathering resistance, opaque pigments should be used to ensure adequate pigmentation.

SILRES® BS 1310 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It is an additive used in the production of aqueous masonry coatings and aqueous primers to enhance water repellency and resistance. Additionally, it improves the processability and antiblocking characteristics of the aqueous coatings.

SILRES® BS 1702 is a solvent-free mixture of silane and siloxane that can be applied either in undiluted form or diluted with organic solvents. It is specifically designed as a high-quality specialty water repellent for impregnating fiber cement. When applied to fiber cement, SILRES® BS 1702 acts as an effective water repellent, helping to protect the material from moisture absorption and potential damage caused by water.

VINNAPAS® EP 709 is characterized by its high cohesive strength and tensile strength, thanks to its Tg (glass transition temperature) of about +7 °C. It exhibits excellent adhesion to hard substrates and demonstrates great compatibility with inorganic fillers. As a result, VINNAPAS® EP 709 finds application in joint compounds and other building chemical applications.

ETONIS® 5150 P is a ready-to-use polymer dispersion specifically designed for special concrete applications. It is particularly well-suited for modifying concrete, especially in shotcrete applications for underground construction, tunneling, and mining. The primary applications of ETONIS® 5150 P include concrete protection and concrete repair.

DEHESIVE® 944 is a solvent-based, addition-crosslinkable silicone recommended for use as a release coating. It offers excellent release stability, medium release at low peel speeds, excellent bath life, and excellent anchorage to a wide variety of substrates. It can be used for coating polyester films (PET), papers, and PE-laminated papers.

VINNAPAS® 543 ED is a versatile polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene with excellent compatibility with cement, pigments, and fillers. VINNAPAS® 543 ED is a dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 543 ED is produced without adding APEO, plasticizers, or organic solvents.

ETONIS® 1400 S is a polymer dispersion designed for soil stabilization purposes. When applied to the soil, this product creates polymer bridges between the soil or aggregate particles and the hydrated cement particles. These bridges contribute to the formation of a flexible and strong network that is both durable and resistant to water.

SILRES® BS SMK 2101 is a solventless silicone microemulsion concentrate based on silanes and siloxanes that is diluted with water to yield a microemulsion. Dilute aqueous solutions of SILRES® BS SMK 2101 are high-quality specialty water repellents for hydrophobic impregnation and priming normal and reinforced concrete, as well as water resisting admixtures for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products.

ETONIS® 7445 A is a rapid-setting vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer with unique properties. Unlike a high-solids version of the ETONIS® series dispersion, it is specially formulated to provide excellent adhesion and cohesion to challenging substrates such as aggregate, base and sub-base material, and asphalt emulsion. Its superior bonding capabilities make it an ideal choice for various applications.

SILFOAM® SE 39 is a low-viscosity antifoam emulsion known for its long-lasting efficiency. It is especially well-suited for surfactant-rich formulations like liquid detergents and textile auxiliaries. SILFOAM® SE 39 is particularly effective in applications where high surfactant concentrations or intense product movement would quickly render conventional antifoam emulsions ineffective.

VINNAPAS® 5012 T is a thixotropic dispersible polymer powder for dry mix technology, specifically suited for tile adhesives, renders and plasters, wall and joint fillers, as well as skim coats. It is based on a hard copolymer of vinylacetate and ethylene and belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® T, which means it has a thixotropic effect on rheology and provides the basic properties of adhesion and flexibility in addition. VINNAPAS® 4016 N is a hard dispersible polymer powder based on vinyl acetate and ethylene with very good tensile adhesion strength on inorganic surfaces combined with good workability. VINNAPAS® 4016 N was developed for those applications where lower water demand and increased smoothness under the trowel are important.

VINNAPAS® 538 ED is a surfactant-stabilized polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers, formaldehyde donors, or alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. VINNAPAS® 538 ED is a medium-viscosity product that exhibits high compatibility with cement, and its influence on cement setting is marginal.

VINNAPAS® 5047 T is a very flexible dispersible polymer powder with a slight thixotropic effect and very good workability, specifically suited for tile adhesives, troweling compounds, and ETICS. It is based on a copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 5047 T belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® T, which means that it provides thixotropic properties. In addition to its non-slump properties, it offers excellent workability.

VINNAPAS® 5537 T is a dispersible polymer powder for dry mix mortars, specifically suited for thixotropic tile adhesives and ETICS. It is based on a flexible copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 5537 T belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® T, which means that it provides thixotropic characteristics. Besides good non-slump properties and workability, it offers good tensile adhesion strength after water immersion. The product is currently in the process of being introduced into industrial use (scale-up product). The quoted product data is, therefore, subject to change. Before industrial use, availability should be clarified with WACKER POLYMERS.

VINNAPAS® 5046 T is a dispersible polymer powder for dry mix mortars, specifically suited for thixotropic tile adhesives, repair mortars, troweling compounds, and ETICS. It is based on a flexible copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 5046 T belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® T, which means that it provides thixotropic properties. In addition to strong non-slump properties, it offers excellent workability.

DYNOL® 604 is a high-performance, non-ionic organic superwetter known for its excellent equilibrium and dynamic surface tension reduction, a hallmark of the Dynol brand. It exhibits lower foam and dynamic surface tension values compared to the more hydrophilic DYNOL® 607 surfactant. Moreover, comparative wetting performance tests have demonstrated that DYNOL® 604 Surfactant serves as an excellent alternative to conventional fluorosurfactants and offers a cost-effective solution in place of new fluorosurfactant technology.

DYNOL® 607 is a high-performance, non-ionic superwetter capable of delivering the exceptional equilibrium and dynamic surface tension reduction synonymous with the Dynol name. It also boasts improved ease-of-incorporation and formulation compatibility compared to the more hydrophobic DYNOL® 607 Surfactant. Furthermore, comparative wetting performance tests have confirmed that DYNOL® 607 Surfactant is a valuable replacement for conventional fluorosurfactants and offers a cost-effective, non-persistent alternative to emerging fluorosurfactant technology.

SIPERNAT® 22 is a hydrophilic, coarse silica combining a high absorptive capacity with a good flowability. It is well suited to transform any type of liquid, including defoamers, into dry, free flowing powder concentrates.

SIPERNAT® 22 S is a finely milled, hydrophilic silica. It is primarily used as a free-flow agent in other applications. SIPERNAT® 22 S can also be used in-situ hydrophobized in defoamers. The use of an alkaline catalyst is recommended.

SITREN® SRA L 220 is a non-chloride, liquid shrinkage-reducing admixture formulated with a polyether base. It substantially reduces drying shrinkage and contractions within the matrix, thereby minimizing the risk of cracking. This product is tailored for use in floor applications and is recognized for its ready-to-use features, which encompass improved workability and good permeability.

SIPERNAT® D 17 is a hydrophobic (i.e., not wettable by water) silica also used in defoamer.

SITREN® SRA L 210 is a non-chloride, liquid shrinkage-reducing admixture formulated with a polyether base. It is engineered to markedly decrease drying and plastic shrinkage while also mitigating the risk of cracking in floor applications. This product is tailored for use in floor applications and is recognized for its ready-to-use features, which encompass improved workability, good permeability, and low volatile organic compound (VOC) content, making it environmentally friendly.

AEROSIL® 300 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 300 m²/g.

TAGAT® V 20 is a non-ionic emulsifier that is based on POE-20 glycerol oleoricinoleate. It is a low-foaming emulsifier that finds use in a wide range of applications such as metal working fluids, concrete release agents, textile auxiliary formulations, and pulp and paper defoamers. TAGAT® V 20 is derived from natural raw materials, which makes it dermatologically safe and environmentally friendly. It has excellent emulsifying and stabilizing properties, which ensure the formation of finely dispersed and long-lasting stable oil-in-water emulsions. TAGAT® V 20 also enhances the solubility of biocides in mineral oil-based lubricants and improves the lubricating properties of water-mixed fluids. It has a low foaming tendency and provides excellent thermal stability.

Evonik's AP-22 is a multipurpose rehydratable alumina that works in multiple applications. It is an activated alumina that can be used as a starting material for formed alumina, extrudates, and as a general adsorbent. Its wide range of applications includes serving as a binding agent, alumina-forming agent, adsorbent, desiccant, viscosity modifier, and anti-shrinkage agent for cements.

AEROSIL® 380 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 380 m²/g.

AEROSIL® OX 50 is a fumed silica with a very low specific surface area, low thickening, and high purity. The product can be used as an additive or as a raw material. In polymer composites, high filler loading can be achieved, making it possible to control essential characteristics of polymers.
