KyronMAX® S-4340 is a hi-temp PPA injection molding compound filled with ultra high strength carbon fiber. No stock shapes offered, only injection molding pellets.

PBST SA916N is designed to be used as a raw material for compostable compounds, especially for film applications. The use of the product as the main raw material for the resin composition allows the product to achieve a high degree of bio-based carbon content as well as high tear and puncture strength. PBST SA916N is for non-food contact applications.

BioPBS™ FZ71PM/PB is bio-based polybutylene succinate (PBS) produced from polymerization of bio-based succinic acid and 1,4-butanediol. Alike LDPE, BioPBS™ is soft and flexible semi-crystalline polyester with excellent properties suitable for injection molding articles for general purpose.

BioPBS™ FD92PM/PB is bio-based polybutylene succinate adipate (PBSA) produced from polymerization of bio-based succinic acid, 1,4-butanediol and adipic acid. Alike LDPE, BioPBS™ is soft and flexible semi-crystalline polyester with excellent properties suitable for both blown and cast film extrusion.

DURABIO™ D5380 is partially bio-based and truly durable engineering plastic, combining the most advantageous properties of general polycarbonate and PMMA. In addition to excellent mechanical strength, it has excellent scratch resistance and UV / weather resistance. It also has high transparency and unique optical properties. It proudly bears bio-based and BPA-free labeling claims, making it an eco-friendly choice. Ideal for transparent sheets, consumer goods, E&E housing, and cosmetic containers. SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ PKN4752 resin is a non-reinforced, translucent, high heat blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + general purpose polystyrene (GPPS). This extrudable and injection moldable grade exhibits high heat resistance, dimensional stability, and appears translucent with a yellow tint in the natural color. This material is intended for use as an additive or a building block in a variety of thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers such as Styrenic Block Copolymers. PPE powder can be used to improve properties (i.e. Heat Distortion and Creep Resistance). It is hydrolytically stable and non-hydroscopic (typically less than 0.2% water uptake). The polymer is soluble in common organic solvents like toluene, chloroform, and THF. ULTEM 1000F3SP powder is a RoHS compliant polyetherimide (PEI) powder offering a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217ºC. This FDA compliant powder is available in a spherical shape with an average particle size (D50) of 15 micron and a maximum particle size (D100) of 75 micron.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N225X resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with a UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N225X resin offers good dielectric strength and strong electrical performance in addition to low moisture absorption and dimensional stability, This material is an excellent candidate for both indoor and outdoor electrical applications.

LNP LUBRICOMP RFL34 compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 20% glass fiber, 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business FLEX NORYL™ WCD891B resin is a flexible, non-reinforced extrudable blend of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE). This material contains non-halogenated flame retardant and performance capable of meeting UL VW-1 requirements, 80C end use temperature rating, and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581. FLEX NORYL™ WCD891B resin is intended for evaluation in wire and cable applications in dark colors. It has a Shore A Hardness reading of 89 and exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electric properties, and low specific gravity. Processing is typically conducted on standard extrusion equipment, and UL 1581 testing is conducted on 2.0mm wire with 0.12mm X 20 stranded copper conductor.
