SperseStab™ 6050 is formulated to provide UV protection to plasticized PVC as well as TPU, RIM, and urethane foam systems. As a liquid, it is easily incorporated and provides excellent weatherability and economy. It represents a lower-viscosity alternative to competitive products without the use of volatile organics. Use alone or in combination with other UV stabilizers or antioxidants. SperseStab™ 6050 is a 100% active liquid UV stabilizer system designed for use in coatings and systems where acids may be present. Based on a N-OR HALS and synergistic UV absorbers, the system is tolerant of acids and is ideal for PVC, acrylics, and alkyd-based coatings. SperseStab™ 6050 can also be used in liquid color/additive masterbatches and candles.

SperseStab™ 3360 is a very low-volatility benzotriazole UV absorber designed for use as a light stabilizer in a variety of plastics. Its low volatility makes it ideal for use in engineering plastics and fibers processed at high temperatures. With high molecular weight, low blooming, and minimal plateout in PC and other polymers, including PET, POM, PBT, PMMA, and polyamides, it is an ideal choice for co-extrusion multi-layer applications.

Z-LITE® 3346 is a Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer (HALS) designed for enhancing the durability of plastics and elastomers. This product functions as a light stabilizer, suitable for various polymers and resins including acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polyamides, polyethylenes (PE), polypropylenes (PP), polyurethanes (PU), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrenes (PS), and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). SperseStab™ TNPP is a liquid phosphite antioxidant and thermal stabilizer for use in elastomers, including SBR, NBR, and SIS. It is highly effective in light-colored solutions and emulsion-polymerized elastomers. It is extremely efficient at preventing gel formation during polymerization, processing, and long-term heat aging. Additionally, this cost-effective process stabilizer finds application in thermoplastic polymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, and ABS.

SperseStab™ 1425 is a high-molecular-weight phenolic antioxidant containing a phosphonate located para to the phenol. This orientation provides excellent color and low gas fading in a UV-stabilized antioxidant. The calcium salt acts as a soluble catalyst, especially for the esterification of rosin esters. Additionally, SperseStab™ 1425 works as a catalyst in the solid-state polymerization of PET polymers. Other applications include polyolefins, fibers, adhesives, and lubricating oils and greases.

SperseStab™ 5031 is a multifunctional light stabilizer with hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) and UV absorber functionalities integrated into a single molecule. This unique feature enables it to graft onto polymer matrices during UV exposure. SperseStab™ 5031 is well-suited for powder coatings and solventborne coatings. With a white color and a physical form in powder, it demonstrates its effectiveness in diverse coating applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PA IM NC2595-14 is a high-impact, modified and heat-stabilized polyamide 66 base polymer, suitable for application in cable ties. For optimal performance, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at temperatures below 80°C for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. The injection molding temperature should be between 270-290°C, and the mold temperature should be between 40-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function PC LS FC WT5069-16 is a white, similar to RAL 9003, polycarbonate colorant that is used in the food processing industry, household goods, domestic appliances, packaging, automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure. It has a dosage of 5.0% extrusion and 5.0% injection molding, depending on wall thickness and required color intensity, and depends on application and operational area. It has a light fastness colorant of blue woolscale 8, a base polymer of polycarbonate, a filler/additive system of laser sensitive additive, and is laser etchable (dark etching), food contact, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, and has high dispersibility and is dust-free.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® ABS UV A 0018-04 is a Base Polymer Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with a Filler/Additive System of light stabilizer. It is UV stabilized, dust-free, and has high dispersibility. It is designed for use in Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer applications in the market segments of building and construction, sport and leisure, and Furniture, packaging. It is suitable for injection molded parts and extruded parts, with a dosage of 5 % for extrusion and 5 % for injection molding depending on the application and operational area.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function PC LS GY5030-19 is a gray colorant, similar to RAL 7016, made of polycarbonate and laser sensitive additive. It does not contain cadmium, lead, or diarylide pigments, and has a dosage of 3.0% for extrusion and 3.0% for injection molding depending on wall thickness and required color intensity, and a light fastness of blue woolscale 8. It can be used in polycarbonate injection molded and extruded parts, compounding, and blow molded parts and is suitable for use in automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications. To achieve the best results, it should be pre-dried and processed with specific temperatures for injection molding.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function PC LS A WT1012-08 is a 5% extrusion and 5% injection molding dosage suitable for use in polycarbonate. The white color has various special features such as being laser etchable (dark etching), having a high additive content, being free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, having high dispersibility, and being dust-free. This product is suitable for use in the Automotive, Machinery, electrical and electronic, Furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure Market Segments, and can be used in injection molded parts, extruded parts, and blow molded parts and compounding.

Z-LITE® 92 is an antioxidant and stabilizer primarily for plastics. It comes in liquid form and is compatible with polymers like acrylics, ABS, polycarbonates, polyethylenes, polypropylenes, PVC, and polystyrenes. This product offers good dispersibility and is available in drums packaging.

Z-LITE® 123 is a versatile Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer (HALS) suitable for plastics & elastomers applications. PUREsorb 119 is one of high molecular formula weight ultraviolet light stabilizers with good migration resistance and low volatility. It is an effective antioxidant which provides significant long-term heat stability for polyolefins and elastomers.
