RS-2926 is a castable high temperature toughened epoxy resin that has the look and feel of a thermoplastic and/or urethane but offers higher temperature resistance than cast urethanes. It’s good impact strength makes this material and excellent choice for higher temperature applications.

RS-2243 is a castable, filled epoxy resin specifically designed for high temperature, high voltage insulator applications. This material provides excellent electrical grade insulation properties, high mechanical properties, and superior resistance to chemicals including concentrated acids and mild alkalines. This material has superior arc resistance as compared to standard electrical grade epoxy materials. In addition, this material is non-flammable and meets UL94V-0 requirements.

USP-EAGLE (GP180-65) is an Unsaturated Polyester resin non-accelerated, non-thixotropic, excellent wetting of filler and low shrinkage.It is used in casting application for sanitary ware.

PEXIDAN® HF SX524 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM424 or CM424/1, in the ratio 95:5. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX524 has been developed specially for particularly optical fiber ADSS (all dielectric self-supporting) communication cables to be installed on overhead power distribution networks. The material is black in color and suitable for outdoor use with excellent tracking and UV resistance.

LEECAST 29-192-1 is a two-part epoxy compound designed for potting electrical and electronic components. The advantages of LEECAST 29-192-1 include, good thermal shock resistance, good electrical properties, non-abrasive filler, and room temperature cure.

PEXIDAN® SX720 is a silane grafted polyethylene compound, curable by exposure to moist conditions, and possessing good extrusion properties at high output rates. The graft component SX720 is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM488 generally in the ratio 95:5. The highly crosslinked materials produced by this two-component system possess excellent impact strength, ESCR, creep and internal pressure resistance under ambient and elevated temperature conditions. These materials have been formulated for hot and cold water pressure pipes and are easily extrudable on conventional polyethylene extrusion lines.

RS-2295 is a patented, high density filled, castable, lead free insulating grade epoxy resin specifically designed for high voltage insulator applications requiring X-Ray Shielding. This material provides 20% of the X-Ray Shielding of lead metal, and is equivalent to industry standard 30% lead oxide filled “Orange Epoxy”. This material is non-hazardous and can be processed, machined and disposed of as a non hazardous material. This material also meets UL94V-0 flammability rating.

USP-EAGLE (GP30-65) is an Unsaturated Polyester resin non-economic slight dark color with good chemical resistance.It is used in glass fiber lamination and general-purpose.

RS-2925 is a castable 15% filled toughened epoxy resin that has the look and feel of a thermoplastic and/or urethane, but offers higher temperature resistance than cast urethanes. Its high impact strength makes this material an excellent choice when urethanes are not sufficient to handle the job. RS-2925 has improved flammability properties as compared to RS-2920.

PEXIDAN® SX522A pre-grafted base is mixed with crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM401 in the ratio 95:5. This system has ambient cure.

LEECAST 23-130-5 is a unique urethane system that contains neither MOCA nor TDI. LEECAST 23-130-5 is designed to provide excellent dielectric properties over a wide temperature range. It has good low temperature flexibility and is ideally suited for protecting pressure sensitive glass diodes and other fragile electrical circuitry in UL-listed products. Its low viscosity and long pot life make it attractive for penetrating complex modules and for the aggregate casting method of encapsulation and potting. LEECAST 23-130-5 also features excellent reversion resistance and hydrolytic stability.

PEXIDAN® SX523 pre-grafted black base is mixed with crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM493 or CM497 in the ratio 95:5. This system is carbon loaded, with high UV stabilization, and has been developed especially for usage on overhead power cables insulation according NFC 33-209, “Câble Torsadé”. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.

Rs-3665 is a flame retardant rigid urethane material that has the look and feel of a thermoplastic material, but can be cast into thin and thickwall parts. This material offers good mechanical properties, as well as meets UL94-V-0 flammability requirements. This material can be pigmented to any color required.

RS-2525 is a castable, filled general purpose epoxy resin designed for electrical insulator applications. This material provides good electrical grade insulation properties, and superior resistance to chemicals including concentrated acids and mild alkalines.

USP-EAGLE (GP20-62) is Unsaturated Polyester resin non-accelerated, non-thixotropic, light color, rigid film, and low viscosityit is used in glass fiber lamination for general purpose applications.

USP-EAGLE (GP35-55) is an Unsaturated Polyester resin non pre-accelerated, thixotropic, very good adhesion to acrylic sheets, good wett-ability, and low viscosity.It is used in a spray, hand lay-up, glass fiber reinforced back lamination for sanitary ware.

This material offers outstanding mechanical properties, including very high impact strength. This material can be pigmented to any color required.

RS-3595 is a castable rigid urethane material that has the look and feel of a thermoplastic material but is easily cast into intricate thin and thickwall parts. It has good mechanical properties, has high strain capability and is easily pigmented into all opaque colors.

PEXIDAN® SX409 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM401 in the ratio 95:5. The SX409:CM401 compound has been developed specifically for cables operating up to 36kV. This compound is typically used in conjunction with crosslinkable semi-conducting material for conductor and insulation shields. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.

RS-3693 is a filled castable urethane that produces dimensionally stable castings with a “thermoplastic” feel and appearance.

RS-2515 is a castable, high temperature resistant filled epoxy resin specifically designed to operate at temperatures up to 500F. This material provides excellent electrical grade insulation properties, high mechanical properties, and superior resistance to chemicals including concentrated acids and mild alkalines.

PEXIDAN® SX409NT pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM401 in the ratio 95:5. The SX409NT:CM401 system has been developed specifically for cables operating up to 36kV. The graft compound contains a non-staining stabilizer and an effective tree retarder, giving outstanding long term retention of dielectric strength. This compound is typically used in conjunction with crosslinkable semi-conducting material for conductor and insulation shields. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.

RS2240 is a castable, filled epoxy resin specifically designed for high voltage insulator applications. This material provides excellent electrical grade insulation properties, high mechanical properties, and superior resistance to chemicals including concentrated acids, and mild alkalines. This material also offers superior arc resistance as compared to standard electrical grade epoxy materials. In addition, this material is non-flammable and meets UL94V-0 requirements.

LEECAST 20-73 is a two-part, reversion resistant, electrical grade room temperature curing potting compound. It is a unique urethane system that contains neither MOCA nor TDI. LEECAST 20-73 is designed to provide excellent dielectric properties over a wide temperature range. It has good low temperature flexibility and is ideally suited for protecting pressure sensitive glass diodes and other electronic devices. Its low viscosity and long pot life make it attractive for penetrating complex modules and for the aggregate casting method of encapsulation and potting. LEECAST 20-73 also features excellent reversion resistance or hydrolytic stability.

RS-2272 is a patented, castable, lead free insulating grade filled epoxy resin specifically designed for high voltage insulator applications requiring X-Ray shielding. This material provides good electrical grade insulation properties, high mechanical properties, and superior arc resistance to any lead oxide filled epoxy. This material is non-flammable and meets UL94V-0.

PEXIDAN® HF SX407K pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM424 in the ratio 95:5. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX407K has been designed to be used in different nuclear power plant radiation resistance cables sheathing with LOCA approval. Different types of cable designs made using SX407 have complied with the following flame tests: - BS 4066 Part 1/IEC 332 Part 1; CEGB GDCD Standard 21; VDE 0472 Pt.804 Method C; VDE 0472 Pt.814; NF C 32- 070 Test 2 (Category C1); BS 4066 Part 3; IEC 332 Part 3 (Categories A, B & C).

RS-2320 is a castable, filled epoxy resin with good overall general properties and enhanced impact strength over other highly filled epoxy materials. This material provides excellent electrical grade insulation properties, high mechanical properties, and low thermal expansion. This material is self extinguishing.

RS-2271 is a castable, filled epoxy resin specifically designed to operate under high voltage conditions in indoor applications, as well as SF6 environments. This material provides excellent electrical grade insulation properties, high mechanical properties, and superior resistance to chemicals including concentrated acids and mild alkalines.

PEXIDAN® SX546 pre-grafted base is mixed with crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM493CD, for small cross sections, or CM497CD, in the ratio 95:5, for a 125ºC working temperature system. This system has ambient cure.

PEXIDAN® HF SX612ES pre-grafted base is mixed with catalyst masterbatch CM602 or CM601, in an addition rate between 5% and 10%, depending on extrusion conditions. This system has ambient cure. PEXIDAN® HF SX612ES has been designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60092-351 HF90, EN 50363-5, EI5 type, EN 50525-1 and EN 50525-3-41, with enhanced fire resistance to comply with fire testing on smaller cross sections.

PEXIDAN® HF SX738 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM401 in the ratio 95:5. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. This system is designed specifically for the production, by extrusion, of flame retardant halogen free heat shrinkable tubing. The two component system SX738:CM401 combines ease of processing with the ability to achieve a degree of crosslinking compatible with good expansion and contraction.
