SEMICOSIL® 924 is a pourable, thermally curable, addition-curing one-part silicone rubber that cures to a very soft silicone gel. It is a ready-to-use product, requiring no additional mixing. ELASTOSIL® RT 745 S" A/B" is a pourable, two-part silicone rubber that can be thermally cured. It is an addition-curing type, making it suitable for various applications. Some notable industries where it finds use are automotive, electronics, and measurement and control. Specifically, it is employed in potting and encapsulation processes, ensuring the protection and stability of sensitive components and systems.

ELASTOSIL® RT 607 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber with a two-part formulation and a 9:1 mixing ratio. It has low viscosity and offers rapid heat cure. The cured rubber exhibits high hardness and excellent heat stability. Additionally, it is flame retardant, making it suitable for general purpose encapsulation. This product can also be used as a potting material for electrical coils of lifting magnets and for slot exit potting of electrical coils.

ELASTOSIL® E6 N CSC is a flowable one-part silicone rubber for potting or coating applications, and it is particularly suitable for the surface impregnation of porous natural materials. When exposed to air moisture, the product cures at room temperature to yield a permanently flexible silicone rubber with good mechanical and release properties. Fully vulcanized ELASTOSIL® E6 N CSC shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV radiation. ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2203 is a pourable, addition-curing, RTV-2 silicone rubber used for potting, lamination, and encapsulation purposes. The product vulcanizes at room temperature to yield a very soft silicone gel. ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2203 displays pronounced inherent tack and excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. WACKER SilGel® 612 EH A/B is a two-part, pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. It is a modified version of WACKER SilGel® 612, offering increased hardness and reactivity. ELASTOSIL® RT K is a pourable, condensation-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is specifically designed for reproduction molding applications. LUMISIL® 903 A/B is a low-viscosity, addition-curing two-part silicone that, when mixed in a 1:1 ratio, cures to a flexible and highly transparent silicone rubber. This flowable silicone offers rapid heat curing, and upon vulcanization, it forms a highly transparent rubber material.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 3210 A/B is a pourable addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber specifically designed for coating, lamination, encapsulation, and molding applications. This product undergoes vulcanization at both room temperature and under heat, resulting in a transparent silicone rubber with excellent transmission properties and a moderate hardness. ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2202 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, RTV-2 silicone rubber used for potting, lamination, and encapsulation purposes. The product vulcanizes at room temperature to yield a very soft silicone gel. Cured ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2202 A/B demonstrates pronounced inherent tack and excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and sunlight. SEMICOSIL® 920 LT A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber that cures to a soft silicone gel. It has a 1:1 mixing ratio and exhibits very low viscosity, making it easy to handle and process. This product offers fast curing and forms a soft gel during vulcanization. SEMICOSIL® 920 LT A/B maintains almost constant properties within a wide temperature range, from -100 °C to +200 °C. Additionally, it has a low ion content, ensuring high purity in applications.

ELASTOSIL® RT 601 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. It has a two-part formulation with a 9:1 mixing ratio. This product features low viscosity, medium cured hardness, and excellent tensile strength. The vulcanizate obtained is crystal clear and highly transparent. It is suitable for various applications such as all-round potting compound and the manufacture of molded articles through casting.

SEMICOSIL® 9242 is a pourable, thermally curable, addition-curing one-part silicone rubber that cures to a very soft silicone gel. This product is ready-to-use, requiring no additional mixing. It exhibits thixotropic behavior, meaning it becomes shear-thinning during application. SEMICOSIL® 9242 offers rapid heat curing, allowing for efficient processing. Upon vulcanization, it forms a soft gel. With low levels of volatiles, uncured polymers, and ions, this silicone rubber ensures high purity. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 9242 has the additional feature of ultraviolet fluorescence.

SEMICOSIL® 912 is a pourable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber that, when combined with ELASTOSIL® CAT PT, ELASTOSIL® CAT PT-F, or ELASTOSIL® CAT UV, cures to form a soft silicone gel. It possesses low viscosity, making it easy to handle and process. The modular system of SEMICOSIL® 912 allows for flexible adjustment of the pot life and curing time by selecting from different catalysts. It is important to note that there is no binding between the base and catalyst, providing versatility in usage.

ELASTOSIL® RT 706 is a self-leveling, slightly thixotropic, one-part heat-curing silicone used for potting and coating applications. The cured material demonstrates very good adhesion to many substrates and long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can continuously withstand constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230°C (446°F) without sustaining damage.

ELASTOSIL® E91 Transparent is a self-leveling silicone rubber with very good mechanical properties that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. Curing can be accelerated in a steam oven. It is a multipurpose glue for textile coatings, e.g. antislip coatings.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2205 is a pourable addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber suitable for coating, lamination, and encapsulation purposes. The product cures at room temperature and under heat to yield a soft elastomer. Cured ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2205 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. ELASTOSIL® N10 Transparent is a solvent-free, neutral-cure, low-viscous, and non-thixotropic silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. It is a multipurpose grade for bonding, sealing, and potting, e.g. in electronic applications.

ELASTOSIL® RT 705 is a self-leveling, slightly thixotropic, one-part silicone that cures with heat. It is primarily used for potting and coating applications but can also be used as a surface adhesive when applied in a thin layer, such as by silk-screen printing. Once cured, ELASTOSIL® RT 705 exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates and demonstrates long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. WACKER SilGel® 613 is a pourable, addition-curing, RTV-2 silicone rubber that undergoes vulcanization at room temperature, resulting in a highly flexible silicone gel. ELASTOSIL® RT 563 is a pourable, room-temperature-vulcanizing, condensation-curing, two-component silicone rubber. It exhibits excellent flow and high hardness. This product is specifically designed for encapsulating electronic components. To initiate the curing process, Catalyst T37 can be added for longer pot lives and curing times, or Catalyst T40 for shorter pot lives and curing times.

ELASTOSIL® RT 646 A/B is a castable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It exhibits good adhesion to plastics and metals, along with elasticity and durability, making it suitable for a wide range of potential uses.

ELASTOSIL® N288 is a low-viscosity, ready-to-use, neutral crosslinking silicone rubber. It cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent heat stability, excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, permanent temperature exposure up to 200 °C, and peak temperatures up to 250°C.
