However, because moisture can escape from the wood through the varnish, the wood resists rotting and the varnish is less likely to blister or crack. ClearClad ULTEC is an e-coats made for the jewelry industry. ClearClad ULTEC provides excellent clarity and chemical resistance with lower (248°F) curing temperature.

ClearClad UVICLAD is a mercury lamp and LED curable product. Designed for conductive plastic, plated plastic or substrates that are exposed to normal thermal cure cycles.

Clearclad Lectraseal Tektor has same properties as the lectraseal system, but with additional dry film lubricants to increase wear and scratch resistance. PTFE, molybdenum sulfide and boron nitride incorporated into the coating increases the coatings scratch and wear resistance.

It provides excellent shielding levels at high frequencies. 843AR is designed to provide a conductive coating for the interior of plastic electronic enclosures that suppresses EMI/RFI emissions. It excels when higher levels of shielding are required.

4223F-312G – Urethane Coating Spray 4223F-312G is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset urethane (UR) conformal coating spray. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with the right conformal coating remover (MG’s 8309 or 8310A) or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F-312G is considered to be one of the best conformal coatings for protecting circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge. It also provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. 841AR provides a conductive coating for the interior of plastic electronic enclosures that suppresses EMI/RFI emissions. 844AR is a 1-part, solvent-based, permanent electrostatic dissipative (ESD) coating. It adheres strongly to plastics, paints, metals, and many other surfaces. The cured coating is flexible, durable, and will not crack, chip or peel. The coating can be cured at room temperature or higher. 844AR is commonly used in electronic assembly lines to protect against electrostatic charge build-up on tools, production conveyor and bumpers, assembly trays, workstation surfaces, and enclosures.

Solvent Free Conformal Coating ECC3051S is a one-component, low viscosity silicone conformal coating material that cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a flexible protective coating. ECC3051S conformal coating cures quickly in ambient conditions without the need for curing equipment, and can achieve faster tack-free time with exposure to mild heat. ECC3051S conformal coating can help reduce the potential for corrosion of electronic components, and under certain test conditions* has been found to surpass other polymers such as acrylics, polyurethane, polyolefin and other silicone polymers in corrosion prevention.

Nickel Conductive Pen 841AR-P pen dispenses an acrylic lacquer pigmented with conductive nickel flakes. The cured traces are durable and corrosion resistant. They adhere well to plastics and most electronic substrates. The traces are flexible, but the product works best on a smooth, flat, hard surface. The valve tip opens when pressed against the surface, and the flow is controlled by squeezing the barrel. This pen repairs damaged traces on keyboards, game controllers, remote controls, mixing boards, and PCBs. It also creates conductive traces for prototyping, hobbies, or maker projects. It is great for making small connections in or between circuits, such as jumpers, through-holes, bridges, and links. It can also be used to increase the surface area of contacts by painting the area around them. For applications requiring lower resistance, use the 842AR-P Silver Conductive Pen. For a more economical alternative, use the 838AR-P Carbon Conductive Pen.

It excels when the highest level of shielding is required. Also, its thin minimum layer height makes it suitable for board level applications.

Circa 1850® NU-LUSTRE-CR is a thick, high gloss epoxy Clear Casting Resin. One coat of NU-LUSTRE-CR equals up to 70 coats of varnish.
