Plenco® 06301 is an inorganic reinforced phenolic molding compound, offering excellent heat resistance, dimensional stability, and processability. Customers have found this material useful for automotive applications. It is not intended for electrical insulating applications. 06301 is available in black.

Staticide® 8699 Heat Sink Grease is used to maximize heat transfer and dissipation from electronic and electrical components. The Sunspheres™ 200 Nm ST- 3 are surface treated*, optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for optimum dispersion in coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. Cured films show enhanced physical and mechanical properties including increased corrosion resistance, reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, and enhanced surface qualities such as mar and scratch resistance. This product is particularly useful in improving impact resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from 50 to 500 nm.

GP® CL-7003 phenolic resin from Georgia-Pacific Chemicals is a thermoplastic novolac. It is used as a crosslinking resin for epoxy and polyester resins. Its low phenol content, convenient softening point, and melt viscosity are conducive for use in powder coatings.

Life-Kote 72 Series 1:1 Mix Ratio is a two-component, high solids, VOC compliant, hybrid acrylic urethane system designed to produce a highly weatherable, durable, washable, and flexible finish for the high performance coatings market. 72 Series is the ultimate coating in color and gloss retention. This tough, abrasion resistant finish performs its best in the areas of gloss and color retention by outlasting conventional coatings in severe sun exposure by 3 to 1. 72 Series must be catalyzed with H8015 Urethane Catalyst. Mix ratio is 1 part base to 1 part catalyst, by volume. H8015 catalyst is included with product. Mixed material will have a 2-4 hour pot life.

CeraSPERSE 87NS is a polymeric compound for non-skid applications. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

OMNISTAB® AN 1010 is a pentaerythritol tetrakis[3-[3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl]propionate. It is a sterically hindered phenolic primary antioxidant.
