Lanette® 16 is a consistency-giving factor that regulates viscosity in O/W emulsions. It appears as a white to light yellowish hydrophilic wax that is supplied in pellets or flakes. Due to its consistency-giving properties, it is mainly used for viscosity regulation in cosmetic O/W emulsions.
