Corrosion protection additive for solvent borne coating systems. KORRODUR is primarily a rust converting additive for solvent borne alkyd resin paints. KORRODUR also has a good anticorrosive effect in solvent-based coating systems based on epoxy, chlorinated rubber or acrylic binders. Typical applications are: Anticorrosive primers, One-coat anticorrosive systems, Maintenance finishes. For aluminum-pigmented systems we recommend KORRODUR AL 2.

Defoamer for solvent borne and water-based coating systems, silicone free. BLISTER FREE 75 shows very good defoaming properties in solvent borne: NC-systems and NC-combinations, AC- and epoxy-systems, PU and air drying acrylic systems, BLISTER FREE 75 has very good defoaming effect in water-based coating systems based on the following binders: Long oil alkyds, Medium oil alkyds, Acrylate/medium oil alkyds, Acrylate/long oil alkyds, Epoxides.

There are also very good defoaming effects in modified alkyds and alkyd/acrylic hybrids.

SCHWEGO pur 8025 is suitable for interior and exterior wall paints as well as for synthetic resin renderings and trowelling compounds or paste fillers based on polyacrylics, styrene copolymers, PU-dispersions or water thinnable alkyd systems. The high gloss retention is shown to particular advantage in glossy emulsion paints when compared with acrylic or cellulose based thickening additives.

Defoamer and deaerating additive for water-based coating systems, VOC- and silicone free. SCHWEGO foam 8333 is especially suitable to defoam systems based on polyurethane, polyester and their hybrids. It is effective as defoamer and as de-aerating additive.

Deaerating additive for solvent borne, water-based and solvent free coating systems, silicone free. SCHWEGO foam 6351 is suitable for almost all solvent-based and solvent free coating systems. It is particularly effective in hammer tone finishes and structural coatings, reactive thick film systems, heavily pigmented coating systems and formulations, suitable for airless spraying. SCHWEGO foam 6351 is also effective in aqueous industrial finishes (alkyd/melamine systems).

Defoamer for solvent borne coating systems, biodegradable. BLISTER FREE 88 is especially suitable in polyester systems free from paraffins. BLISTER FREE 88 shows also good defoaming in epoxy, PUR and acrylate based systems.

BLISTER FREE 45 has good defoaming properties effect in water-based coating systems based on the following binders:Polyester, Acid resin, Acrylic.

BLISTER FREE 54 is effective in almost all solvent borne 1- and 2-K as well as solvent free coating systems as follows: Air drying and stoving alkyds, Epoxy systems, PU systems, Acrylics, Thick coating systems. Special applications are printing inks and coil coating systems.

Defoamer and deaerator for water-based coating systems, free of VOC. SCHWEGO foam 6326 can be used in emulsion paints based on styrene/acrylate, pure acrylate or vinylacetate dispersions from high till low PVC, silicate paints, adhesives, plasters, waterbased industrial coatings and to prevent foam at the polymerization of dispersions.

Wetting and dispersing additive for solvent borne coating systems, biodegradable, VOC-free. SCHWEGO wett 6264 can be used to disperse inorganic and organic pigments or carbon black. It is especially suitable for the production of universal pastes and highly filled systems.

Defoamer for water-based and UV-curing coatings, free of silicone. SCHWEGO foam 6360 shows excellent defoaming action in UV coatings and is also suitable for coatings based on alkyd, polyester, epoxy, PU and acrylate.

Wetting and dispersing additive for solvent borne coating systems, biodegradable. SCHWEGO wett 8081 can be used in almost all conventional industrial coatings, especially in alkyd, one-component epoxy coatings and pigment pastes. SCHWEGO wett 8081 is generally not suitable for air-drying acrylate coatings.

Highliy effective defoamer solvent borne coating systems, silicone free, biodegradable. BLISTER FREE 77 is especially suitable in polyester systems with and without paraffins and alkyd/polyester systems. BLISTER FREE 77 is suitable in epoxy, PUR- and acrylate systems but not siutable for water-based polyester coatings.
