Cargill LMD 10910 NGM is a liquid maltodextrin obtained by enzymatic conversion of non-GM (NGM) waxy maize. It is a low DE maltodextrin recommended as a carrier and/or spray-drying aid. It has a very bland flavor, contributes viscosity and body, is non-hygroscopic, a complex carbohydrate, and has excellent film-forming properties for spray drying and encapsulation.
