Crystal Clear is a state of the art proprietary formulation which creates the highest gloss possible on concrete. This premium quality, super high gloss, non yellowing, curing and sealing compound coats concrete with a chemically bonded siliconized acrylic film that deepens the color and enhances the look of pigmented or decorative concrete. Crystal Clear completely resists discoloration from ultraviolet light exposure and keeps its high gloss finish much longer than standard concrete sealers. Crystal Clear will retard efflorescence while resisting oil, grease and food stains. Crystal Clear eliminates concrete dusting, while protecting concrete against salt and water penetration.

Certi-Vex Guard Clear AIM is an innovative, low-VOC, solvent-based, high gloss, non-yellowing, one step styrene acrylic curing compound with a penetrating water repellent silane sealer for use on both new and existing broom finish and decorative concrete. The film forming acrylic cures new concrete to ASTM specifications, while penetrating silane sealer reacts with alkali and moisture within pores and capillaries to form a hydrophobic gel, protecting the concrete from the damaging effects of water and chloride penetration.

Polyseal WB is a high performance, water-based, nonyellowing, acrylic concrete curing and sealing compound. This state-of-the-art proprietary formulation completely resists discoloration from ultraviolet light exposure, creates a glossy coating that remains clear throughout its life. Polyseal WB is a low Volatile Organic Compound (V.O.C.) water based product.

ChemPatch VO1 represents a breakthrough in concrete repair technology. It is one component, polymer modified, shrinkage compensated, fast setting, non-shrink repair mortar with fiber and corrosion inhibitor. Its proprietary formula is freeze/thaw stable with unique finishing characteristics able to be applied in 3.5 to 4” lifts, making it an ideal product for vertical and overhead structural repairs. ChemPatch VO1 has high ultimate strength, density, durability, and corrosion inhibition properties.

ChemMasters’ Traz 25-A is a high solids, Low Volatile Organic Compound (V.O.C.) high performance concrete sealing compound for decorative concrete such as stamped and exposed aggregate. Traz 25-A is formulated with methyl methacrylate polymers that develop high gloss and are more chemically resistant than standard acrylic sealers. Traz 25- A’s film will not yellow under any UV conditions and is extremely durable.

CERTI-VEX AC1315 Super Seal is a low-VOC, styrene acrylic, solvent-based, non-yellowing curing, sealing, hardening, dust proofing and water repellent compound that is tough, chemical resistant, and long lasting. The product is design to protect and enhance exterior new and existing concrete, stamped, decorative and exposed aggregate concrete and architectural horizontal and vertical sections where a clear, gloss and shine is required. Certi-Vex AC 1315 Super Seal also provides protection from the damaging effects of water penetration and staining. Certi-Vex AC1315 Super Seal features breathable technology which allows moisture vapor to pass through rather than becoming trapped, preventing whitening, peeling and flaking.

ChemMasters Thin Patch is a versatile, multipurpose repair mortar consisting of blended graded quartz, silica sand, cements, and proprietary additives. It is a single component, polymer modified mortar designed for thin repairs to horizontal, vertical and overhead concrete. ChemMasters Thin Patch is specially formulated for thin repairs from featheredge to 1” (25 mm). It has exceptional finishing characteristics and can be used to create a smooth, broom, float or trowel finish.

ChemPatch Fast VO is a one component, polymer modified, shrinkage compensated, very fast setting, non-shrink repair mortar with fiber and corrosion inhibitor. It’s very fast set and superior finishing characteristics make ChemPatch Fast VO the ideal product for application of multiple lifts and structural repairs to vertical and overhead concrete. ChemPatch Fast VO is freeze/thaw stable, has high ultimate strength, density, durability, and corrosion inhibition properties.

DuraPatch EPX is a specially formulated, three-component, l00% solids epoxy patching system for resurfacing and repair of concrete substrates. DuraPatch EPX contains a quartz aggregate blend for heavy duty, industrial floors.

ChemSpeed 75 ES is a one component, high performance structural repair mortar with added migrating corrosion inhibitor. At the minimum water level, ChemSpeed 75 ES can be used as a horizontal patching mortar with superior finishing and placement characteristics. At the maximum water level it is an easily pumpable and highly flowable mortar with extended set times for form and pour applications. Within that water range, ChemSpeed 75 ES is extremely accommodating to user preferences and application requirements for flow and finish ability, or for use as a “summer grade” repair mortar with extended set times. ChemSpeed 75 ES may be placed neat, or extended up to 60% with 3/8” pea gravel for deeper repairs.

ChemSpeed 75 is a single component, very rapid setting high performance structural repair mortar with added migrating corrosion inhibitor. This state of the art fly ash formula produces high, early strength at a wide range of temperatures with very low permeability. Areas repaired with ChemSpeed 75 can be returned to rubber wheeled traffic within 2 hours depending on temperature. ChemSpeed 75 meets ASTM C928 for rapid repair of concrete and can be extended up to 60% with silica gravel deep placements.

Durapatch mMa is a two component, methyl methacrylate based concrete patching material. Durapatch mMa sets very rapidly to minimize downtime or traffic disruption. When mixed, Durapatch mMa forms a durable polymer concrete which bonds tenaciously to the concrete substrate and develops very high compressive strength. Durapatch mMa resists freeze thaw damage and has excellent chemical resistance.

Stamped & Decorative Concrete Sealer 400A is a film forming sealer specifically manufactured to provide 200 to 300% more working time on stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, and other forms of decorative concrete than traditional low-VOC sealers. Stamped & Decorative Concrete Sealer 400A will not produce bubbles under normal conditions unlike sealers formulated with common, fast evaporating, low-VOC solvents. It is formulated with a proprietary resin that develops high gloss and provides superior chemical resistance. Stamped & Decorative Concrete Sealer 400A’s film will not yellow under any UV conditions, virtually eliminates cobweb formation during application, and is extremely durable. Stamped & Decorative Concrete Sealer 400A is a solvent-based product meeting low-VOC requirements < 400 g/L.
