Technical Details & Test Data
- Concentration Control
Dropper Method:
- Dropper Factor : 0.2
- Measure 10mL of the in-use cleaner into a small flask using a 5mL disposable syringe.
- Add 2-4 drops Phenolphthalein indicator to 10mL sample, swirl to mix. Sample should turn a dark pink.
- Add 0.5N HCl dropwise to until sample turns colorless
- Concentration = Drops of 0.5N HCl X Dropper Factor
Drops of 0.5N HCl % Concentration
15 3 20 4 25 5 30 6
Concentration measurement using a refractometer is not recommended.- Dropper Factor : 0.2
