- 50-100 ppm (5-10 g/hl) to clarify red wines in combination with a similar rate of gelatine.
- To protect from oxygen 10-50 ppm (1-5 g/hl) organizing a preliminary lab trail.
- Preferably the product is dissolved in water or clean wine and is to be added to the mass with thorough mixing.
