    Over the last several years Dal Cin technologies have resulted in unique wine industry products. Among these we can mention Poliferm P that combine two products, cellulose and PVPP, these products being notoriously difficult to use since they produce dust/powder. The granule form of Poliferm P, which combines both coadjuncts in balanced proportions, completely avoids dust formation and allows for immediate and complete product dissolution. Poliferm P was created purposefully for autoclave refermentations.

    The PVPP eliminates oxidized and oxidizable polyphenols and in this way it is possible to achieve a greater aromatic freshness and cleanliness as well as improve the final product longevity. The cellulose fibers used are in a typical active form as in Polimersei®; therefore thanks to the large surface available these fibbers have a regulatory action on the fermentation kinetic by optimizing selected yeast performance. At the end of the refermentation Poliferm P precipitates at the bottom of the autoclave and is easily separated from the clear supernatant.
