AFCONA 6745 is a synergist additive that is specifically designed for use with phthalocyanine pigments, carbon blacks, and organic violets. It should not be used on its own, but rather in combination with one of the AFCONA 4000-series high molecular weight dispersants.

AFCONA 4080 is an effective polymeric dispersant used to stabilize inorganic and organic pigments, as well as carbon blacks. It has excellent stability performance due to steric hindrance, and is suitable for deflocculation of all types of pigments. It is a modified polyurethane polymer with a high molecular weight.

IMSIL® A-10 is a microcrystalline silica filler that is produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Easily wetted and dispersed in either solvent or water-based systems, IMSIL® is selected for its excellent tint retention, durability over prolonged exposure, and resistance to dirt and weathering.

AFCONA 2051 is an effective defoamer with de-aeration properties. It prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. The product offers a combination of compatibility with good defoaming and de-aeration properties, making it very suitable for clear coat applications.

AFCONA 4403 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for deflocculation of all types of pigments. It is an effective polymeric dispersant for stabilizing inorganic and organic pigments, and has excellent stability performance due to its effective steric hindrance on all types of pigments.

Portalum® A 25 is produced from refractory agglomerated super calcined (RASC) bauxite. The main constituent is the mineral corundum. AFCONA 3277 is an anti-cratering, substrate wetting, and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. It is a fluorocarbon-modified polyacrylic, and can be used as a non-silicone leveling agent when silicone is not permitted due to intercoat adhesion problems. However, we highly recommend using a combination of AFCONA 3277 and a suitable Polysiloxane for better overall performance if silicones are permitted.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2107 DMM is a hard, NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with an exceptional balance of properties. This product is a balance of toughness, abrasion resistance, and mar resistance, designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic, and wood.

AFCONA 2040 is a moderate defoamer with minimal side effects that prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. It offers a combination of good defoaming and compatibility with most resin systems. It is recommended for medium-viscosity applications applied by spray and brush, and is particularly suitable for systems ranging from low polarity to high polarity. AFCONA 2035 is recommended for brush and conventional spray applications.

AFCONA 3251 is an additive designed to offer the highest slip in all solvent-based coatings without stabilizing foam. AFCONA 3251 is specially developed for solvent-based systems where slip is the most important factor and foam stabilization is undesirable. Its performance is similar to AFCONA 3250, only with better leveling.

AFCONA 6700 is an anti-gel additive for air- drying alkyds and heat-cured coating systems. In air-drying alkyd paints, the ketoxime in AFCONA 6700 forms a protective layer on the surface of the paint to reduce the oxidation caused by oxygen in the air.

AFCONA 2280 is a very effective defoamer and air-releaser for solvent-based and solvent-less systems. AFCONA 2280 is a silicone-based product developed to produce rapid de-aeration for pigmented and mat finish of wood coating in NC, AC and PU. For high gloss and transparent wood coatings, it may cause some in can haziness when the dosage is higher than 0.50% in PU and AC system.

AFCONA 5290 is a 100% solid dispersant created for high-solid systems and formulations that are facing VOC limitations. It is suitable for all solvent-based systems ranging from low to high polarity, including air-dry alkyd. It has very good pigment stability and performance. It gives good viscosity reduction and high color strength. AFCONA 5290 is provided with almost 100% active ingredient; therefore, it is an excellent dispersant for high-solid coatings like polyurethane, epoxy and UV coatings.

AFCONA 3231 is a slip and leveling additive for metal and UV coatings that offers very good slip performance with an "oily" or "wet look" appearance to visually enhance film thickness. It is commonly used in industrial heat-cured systems, car refinish polyurethane clear topcoats, and other vehicle paint.

AFCONA 2021 is a silicone-free defoamer with balanced performance for compatibility and defoaming, ideal for use in various coating systems. AFCONA 5281 is an effective dispersing agent for organic and carbon black pigments. It stabilizes the pigments through steric hindrance and its high solids content makes it suitable for low VOC coatings applications. AFCONA 5281 can be used as the sole dispersant in pigment concentrates or be combined with other high molecular weight dispersants, such as AFCONA 4071 or AFCONA 4701, in order to optimize compatibility and cost-effectiveness. Furthermore, AFCONA 5281 can also be used as a post-addition in systems to achieve improved pigment stability.

AFCONA 5220 helps to wet and disperse inorganic pigments, mainly TiO2, and extenders. It helps to wet and disperse inorganic pigments, mainly TiO2, and extenders. AFCONA 5220 is special designed as an effective dispersant for TiO2. Therefore, recommended for pure white systems.

AFCONA 3670 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. AFCONA 3670 is an improved version of AFCONA 3777 on managing surface control of coatings. It has lower surface tension than AFCONA 3777. The combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance is highly recommended.

Dar-Tech Portaryte® C15 is a natural barium sulfate that comes without any residual salts when compared to precipitated grades. This product is closely monitored, and the particle size is kept within a narrow variation. In addition, this natural baryte is easier to disperse than precipitated grades.
