ACCESS® XTMS 200 is a silicone-based water repellent offered by Access Rudolf, designed to provide excellent protection for various porous substrates. This product can be applied to concrete, brick, natural stone, and other porous materials to create a hydrophobic barrier that repels water and prevents staining. ACCESS® XTMS 200 is easy to apply and offers long-lasting protection against water damage and weathering.

DeCAL 2020 is a rheology modifier that enables the formulation of paints with a Newtonian rheology, making it suitable for use in a wide range of paints, from flat to high gloss. To achieve the best balance of flow and sag resistance, it can be used in combination with other thickeners of natural or synthetic origin.

Syntran® 6301 is a water-based, cationic acrylic copolymer solution that is recommended for low-VOC stain-blocking paints and primers. It has excellent performance in blocking wood and cork extractives, nicotine, graffiti, soot, and water stains. Syntran® 6301 is recommended for interior use and also for the formulation of coatings with excellent adhesion properties on critical substrates, such as glass, ceramic tiles, zinc, aged alkyd paints, etc.

AFCONA 4403 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for deflocculation of all types of pigments. It is an effective polymeric dispersant for stabilizing inorganic and organic pigments, and has excellent stability performance due to its effective steric hindrance on all types of pigments.

Portalum® A 25 is produced from refractory agglomerated super calcined (RASC) bauxite. The main constituent is the mineral corundum. Mistrofil CPS Compacted is a versatile functional mineral that finds its application in numerous industries such as paper, paints, ceramics, plastics, and others. Its composition is predominantly made up of talc (hydrous magnesium silicate), chlorite, dolomite, and magnesite. The product is characterized by its odorless nature and appears in a white or off-white to light gray color.

Dar-Tech Hauthane L-2357 is a waterborne polyurethane. It is a resin used in the production of coatings and adhesives. Water-based polyurethane dispersions provide stain resistance in automotive interior plastic paints, lubricity in fly-fishing line coatings, durability in general aviation hangar floors, and crispness in sailcloth.

AFCONA 4570 is a highly effective polymeric dispersant for stabilizing inorganic and organic pigments, as well as carbon blacks. It exhibits excellent stability due to its steric hindrance and electron repulsion characteristics, making it suitable for use with all types of pigments. It is a high molecular weight dispersant, promoting good color acceptance and resin-free pigment concentrate preparation. This modified polyacrylate polymer is an ideal solution for a wide range of applications.

Access Rudolf Organosilane AE 311 is a unique silane coupling agent that improves the adhesion and mechanical properties of various substrates. It is especially useful for improving the adhesion of glass fibers to various resins, making it an excellent choice for composite applications. AE 311 is also compatible with various solvents and resins.

AFCONA 3771 is a paint additive classified and labeled according to the CLP regulation. It is an acrylic-modified fluorocarbon, containing carboxylic acid groups to increase the polarity of the polymer, providing excellent compatibility with most common resins used in coatings.

IMSIL® A-30 is a microcrystalline silica filler that is produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Easily wetted and dispersed in either solvent or water-based systems, IMSIL® is selected for its excellent tint retention, durability over prolonged exposure, and resistance to dirt and weathering.

Dar-Tech Hauthane L-3529 is a solvent-free, flexible, aliphatic, polycarbonate-polyurethane dispersion. It was designed primarily for use on flexible substrates as a coating, saturant, or impregnating agent. It may be blended with L-3528 to increase hardness. This grade can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray or rotogravure applications. It may be thickened with associative thickeners for knife-over-rolling or similar methods.

DeCAL 1900 is a novel polymer emulsion suitable for thickening non-aqueous liquids, including hydrocarbon-based solvents such as kerosene and mineral oil. DeCAL 1900 may also be used to thicken oil-based paint systems. DeCAL 1900 provides a shear-thinning type of rheology and also aids in preventing settlement.

AFCONA 4011 is a polymeric dispersant mainly for inorganic pigments and some organic pigments. It is an improved version of AFCONA 4010, offering a better balance between price and performance. Principally developed for stabilizing inorganic pigments such as TiO2, iron oxides and matting agents, AFCONA 4011 is compatible with almost all resin used in coatings and can be used in most solvent-based coating systems.

AFCONA 3034 is an additive designed to reduce surface tension, improve substrate wetting, and provide anti-crater performance and leveling, including vertical leveling. Its fluorocarbon modification gives it a very low surface tension, further enhancing its performance in anti-crater properties, substrate wetting, and leveling.

Nicron® 302 is a high-purity, 3-Hegman microcrystalline talc product with low oil adsorption and minimal viscosity build. Nicron® 302 is part of the Engineered Series of Magris Talc products that have unique particle size distributions for improved paint performance properties. Nicron® 302 is an excellent choice for protective coating applications due to its hydrophobic nature, very low mineral solubility, and proven anti-corrosion performance. Nicron® 302 disperses easily in high-solids and solventborne coatings and gives very good paint stability, rheology, and anti-settling properties.

Syntran® 6211 is based on high-solids technology. This technology creates a film with very high flexibility, excellent water resistance, and excellent coverage. This technology also allows for excellent adhesion over multiple substrate types. This white emulsion is used in interior and exterior paints and concrete primers.

Portafill® A25 is produced from carefully selected synthetic aluminum hydroxide (ATH). The standardized quality of Portafill® A is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. The chemical composition of the raw material and the finished product is closely monitored, and the particle size is kept within a narrow variation. Portafill® A micronized functional fillers are used in thermosetting powder coatings as an alternative to barium sulfate, when the high density is a limitation. In addition, Portafill® A fillers are less prone to the phenomenon known as "water spotting" in comparison to barium sulfate. It has very good chemical inertness (for outdoor and chemical applications).

AFCONA 4203 is an innovative polyester dispersant concept designed by AFCONA. It is based on the latest steric hindrance structure and newly designed anchoring groups, providing excellent wetting and dispersing performance for inorganic, organic, and carbon black. AFCONA 4203 also reduces the viscosity of high pigment content pastes, and has better stability for concentrate storage over long periods. This solvent-free design is ideal for low VOC formulation designs. It is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for all types of pigments and is a modified polyester polymer.

Nicron® 403 is a high-purity microcrystalline talc. The lamellar nature of Nicron® 403 enhances film strength and flexibility and provides barrier properties in architectural and industrial primers and topcoats to improve corrosion resistance and stain-blocking ability. Nicron® 403 is also used in paints to improve sag resistance and maximize prime pigment extension. Nicron® 403 is used in solid-color and semi-transparent wood stains to prevent tannin bleed and improve gloss uniformity without introducing abrasive characteristics.

Casiflux M 50050 is a white wollastonite (calcium silicate) powder that is used in glazes and ceramic bodies. It is used as a filler for paints, plastics, welding electrodes, metallurgical powders, cement fiber boards, calcium silicate boards and bricks, and low temperature refractories.

Crys-Talc® 2H-2HC is a high-brightness, high-purity, platy, coarse talc that is recommended for improving stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in polymers. It is used in polyethylene, polypropylene, and PVC-based applications with loading levels up to 40% or higher when improved color is critical.

AFCONA 3277 is an anti-cratering, substrate wetting, and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. It is a fluorocarbon-modified polyacrylic, and can be used as a non-silicone leveling agent when silicone is not permitted due to intercoat adhesion problems. However, we highly recommend using a combination of AFCONA 3277 and a suitable Polysiloxane for better overall performance if silicones are permitted.

AFCONA 3035 is an additive designed to improve leveling and prevent surface defects in UPE and epoxy systems. It has minimal slip effect and is compatible with high polarity systems. It can be used in both water- and solvent-based coatings, as well as to prevent curtain-rupture in curtain coating applications.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2209 is an aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion designed to produce unequaled clarity and gloss. It was designed for wood finishing applications, but it can be used on a wide variety of both rigid and flexible substrates. Use wherever a high level of gloss and clarity is required.

AFCONA 3779 is a leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. It is a pure polyacrylic leveling agent. Polyacrylics are well known for flow and leveling performance. AFCONA 3779 also acts as defoamer in most coating systems. It provides anti-flooding and floating properties, works as a defoamer and deareator.

This technology also allows for excellent adhesion over multiple substrate types. This milky dispersion is used in floor finishes, household, label, board, and packaging coatings (OPV).

This technology also allows for excellent adhesion over multiple substrate types. This milky dispersion is used in leather and textile coatings.

AFCONA K172 is a wetting and dispersing additive designed to prevent flooding and sedimentation of pigments. It is a silicone-free version of AFCON K172 and can be used in the same applications. Additionally, AFCONA K172 can be post-added to resolve flooding and floating issues. When combined with a suitable high molecular weight dispersant, it can also act as a co-grinding agent.
