Acrylonitrile-Styrene-Acrylate (ASA) polymers are amorphous and have mechanical properties similar to those of ABS plastics. However, the ASA properties are far less affected by outdoor weathering. The outstanding weather resistance abilities of ASA is due to the acrylic ester elastomer. ASA parts have good chemical and heat resistance, and high impact strength, even at low temperatures. Typical ASA applications are buiding/construction, automotive and recreation parts.

Elogio AM PLA Filament (Polylactic Acid) is a biodegradable plastic coming from renewable organic resources (corn starch or sugarcane). PLA Filament is recyclable but can also be biological decomposed in composting plants.PLA is a polyester that is built from several lactic acid units. It is colorless and transparent. PLA has a density of about 1.25 kg/cm3. Polymers made of lactic acid are flammable.

Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) is an amorphous high performance thermoplastic offering better impact resistance and chemical resistance than PEI. PPSU can operate in temperatures up to 180Cᵒ. PPSU has superior hydrolysis resistance when compared to other amorphous thermoplastics as measured by steam autoclaving cycles, it has virtually unlimited steam sterilizability. TPC-91A Filament is a thermoplastic copolyester elastomer with both thermoplastic and elastomeric properties. TPC Filament is easier to print compared to other flexible filaments like TPU. The layer bonding in the Z direction of this material is extremely good meaning that it's almost impossible to detach the printed layers. Typical applications for this material are drive belts, vibration dampers, phone cases, wearables and other objects that need to take a lot of wear.

Its water uptake takes about 4 times longer to reach the saturation point compared to unmodified PA6, also its saturation point is 5 times lower than conventional PA6 materials. Luvocom® 3F PPS CF 9938 BK Filament is a Polyphenylene sulfide, linear with 15% added carbon fibers, and is known for it's heat and chemical resistance. Below 200 °C the material doesn't dissolve in any solvent. Elogio AM ABS Filament is a thermoplastic and a copolymer that is used for rigid objects. It consists of 5-30% Butadiene, around 50% Styrene and the rest is Acrylonitrile. ABS is a strong material with high toughness and impact resistance. The maximum operating temperature is between 85 °C and 100 °C, depending on the modifications. The minimum operating temperature is -35 °C. ABS is a flammable polymer to which flame retardant can be added. It is also subject to aging by being exposed to the weather conditions (UV light, oxygen, moisture, heat) because Polybutadiene stimulates the oxidation of Polystyrene. This causes discolouration and the plastic loses its mechanical strength. In order to improve this UV stabilizers can be added.

Luvocom® 3F PAHT CF 9891 BK Filament is a high temperature carbon fiber (15%) reinforced polyamide (PA). This grade is based on PA6 and is easy to print with low warping and improved layer bonding is optimized for industrial applications.
