Luvocom® 3F PEEK CF 9676 BK Filament is a 15% carbon reinforced PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) with extraordinary characteristics in terms of mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance. PEEK with carbon is used in demanding industries like oil and gas, automotive, mechanical engineering, aircraft and aerospace technologies. This particular high performance polymer grade is tailored made for the 3D printing industry to match the injection molding strength requirements and focusing on the serial production of end-parts.

Luvocom® 3F PAHT 9825 NT Filament is a unreinforced High-temperature polyamide. Its water uptake takes about 4 times longer to reach the saturation point compared to unmodified PA6, also its saturation point is 5 times lower than conventional PA6 materials. This particular engineering polymer grade is tailored made for the 3D printing industry to match the injection molding strength requirements and focusing on the serial production of end-parts. The filament can be used on conventional FFF / FDM 3D printing systems due to the enhanced printability, improved layer bonding and the unrequired use of a heated chamber.

Facilan™ HT is a material with a heat deflection temperature of 89 °C and comparatively high tensile strength. The raw material has food contact approval and is not based on Bisphenol-A. Elogio AM PLA Filament (Polylactic Acid) is a biodegradable plastic coming from renewable organic resources (corn starch or sugarcane). PLA Filament is recyclable but can also be biological decomposed in composting plants.PLA is a polyester that is built from several lactic acid units. It is colorless and transparent. PLA has a density of about 1.25 kg/cm3. Polymers made of lactic acid are flammable.

ABS KEVLAR has been designed for 3D printing by a precise formulation of aramid fibers into ABS materials. The aramid fibers assuring dimensional stability ,preventing the printed object to warp and even make the printed object lighter than regular ABS.

Elogio AM ABS Filament is a thermoplastic and a copolymer that is used for rigid objects. It consists of 5-30% Butadiene, around 50% Styrene and the rest is Acrylonitrile. ABS is a strong material with high toughness and impact resistance. The maximum operating temperature is between 85 °C and 100 °C, depending on the modifications. The minimum operating temperature is -35 °C. ABS is a flammable polymer to which flame retardant can be added. It is also subject to aging by being exposed to the weather conditions (UV light, oxygen, moisture, heat) because Polybutadiene stimulates the oxidation of Polystyrene. This causes discolouration and the plastic loses its mechanical strength. In order to improve this UV stabilizers can be added.
