AEROSIL® R 816 fumed silica powder offers an alternative technology to stabilize oil/water emulsions. Due to the special surface modification of the silica both hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties are introduced in just one material. This enables AEROSIL® R 816 to enrich at oil/water interfaces and thereby stabilize oil droplets in a continuous water phase by the Pickering effect.Furthermore, AEROSIL® R 816 brings structure to the continuous water phase and increases its viscosity which limits the mobility of the oil droplets, thereby providing for even more emulsion stability.

AEROSIL® R 202 is a hydrophobic fumed silica grade, treated with a polydimethylsiloxane. This product can be used in defoamer formulations for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming component.

AEROSIL® R 805 is a high thickening fumed silica surface treated with OCTMO.

ANTIL® 141 Liquid MB is a mild rheological additive for aqueous surfactant systems. Good thickening properties in common surfactant systems.

AEROSIL® R 812 S is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with HMDS (Hexamethyldisilazane). It is even more hydrophobic than AEROSIL® R 812 and convenient for stabilizing a defoamer and well suitable as a component of foam control agents.

ANTIL® Soft SC MB is the natural choice for a multifunctional additive for surfactant formulas with excellent thickening and foam boosting properties, also in PEG-free systems. It improves foam creaminess and skin feel and is suitable for structured surfactant systems with high oil content (50%).

ANTIL® SPA 80 is an efficient PEG-free thickening and conditioning agent for skin and hair cleansing formulations. Excellent viscosity builder, even for PEG-free systems.

SIPERNAT® 380 is an ultra-fine particle size precipitated silica with applicability in many markets. Its particle size and distribution are based on a unique process that results in a variety of effects. SIPERNAT® 380 provides excellent free flow and anti-caking properties in powdered foods.

TEGOSOFT® PC 31 MB is a PEG-free refatting agent with excellent thickening properties, provides a skin smoothing effect.

ANTIL® HS 33 MB combines the properties of a refatting agent, surfactant thickener and secondary surfactant in one product. Cocamidopropyl Betaine and Glyceryl Laurate are combined in a liquid, easy to handle raw material for mild cleansing formulations, such as shower gels, liquid hand soaps and shampoos.

AEROSIL® 300 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 300 m²/g.

AEROSIL® R 972 is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recomended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

AEROSIL® 200 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g.

The new TEGO® Remo 95 MB is a natural-based thickener with emollient properties providing efficient thickening and skin conditioning properties at the same time. It is a low viscous, clear and colorless liquid with an active matter of 95%. TEGO® Remo 95 MB is fully based on renewable sources and contributes to the production of certified sustainable palm oil according to the rules set out by RSPO Mass Balance Supply Chain Model.

AEROSIL® 130 is a fumed silica with a high specific surface area, making it an excellent thickening and reinforcing agent for a wide range of applications. This product is particularly well-suited for use in adhesives, coatings, and composites, as it can improve mechanical strength and increase the durability of the final product. AEROSIL® 130 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 130 m2/g.

Rheological additive for aqueous surfactant systems. ANTIL® 171 is highly effective and cold processable in every step of the production. It acts as a solubilizer and improves foam.

AEROSIL® 380 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 380 m²/g.

dermofeel® viscolid MB is a natural oil thickener for pure oils that creates soft and creamy oil gel textures. In W/O emulsions it stabilizes the oil phase without changing the sensorial profile of the product.

AEROSIL® R 812 is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with HMDS (Hexamethyldisilazane). It can be used for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming agent.

ZEOFREE® 600 LA is a synthetic calcium silicate produced through a precipitation process. This multifunctional calcium silicate is an outstanding soft-focus agent that also improves flow properties and prevents caking in moisture-sensitive mixtures. Calcium silicate made by Evonik combines an exceptionally high absorption capacity with a very pleasant, silky skin feel.
