MCU-101 is a single component, high performing; moisture cured clear urethane coating that dries quickly to a hard abrasion resistant film. MCU-101 is used as a primer and/or a topcoat for concrete or wood surfaces. MCU-101 is ideal as a clear primer over concrete to help eliminate dusting due to concrete laitance and to help prevent spalling due to thermo shock freeze/thaw cycles. Due to its excellent impact and abrasion resistance, MCU-101 is widely used in heavy traffic areas. MCU-101 is also used as a primer under our thin film chemical resistant coating systems.

A two component, high solids, high build polyamide epoxy topcoat specially formulated to protect steel and concrete in corrosive aggressive environments. Poly-Chemcure PC-200 provides excellent resistance to a wide range of industrial chemicals while maintaining good flexibility and weathering properties. PC-200 has a high gloss tile-like finish.

Poly-Chemcure PC-2.8 is a high-performing, very fast recoat, sandable, two component, VOC conforming (2.8lbs./gal./low HAPS) Amine Cured Epoxy that will cure at temperatures down to 20°F. PC-2.8 Epoxy Primer is specially modified with a proprietary blend of selective resins, wetting agents and penetrants to provide excellent adhesion and protection to properly prepared carbon steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum surfaces. Depending on the temperature, the fast setting PC-2.8 can be recoated in 90 – 105 minutes. PC-2.8 High Production Epoxy Primer is used as a regular and high build primer under a wide variety of Epoxy and Polyurethane topcoats.

PC-116 is a two component, fast curing high build Polyamide Epoxy Rust Inhibitive Primer designed for use as a primer for our epoxy and polyurethane topcoats. PC-116 helps prevent edge failure and film under-cutting of steel surfaces exposed to corrosive atmos­phere and chemically aggressive environments. PC-116 can be used where an extended recoat period of up to 6 months is needed. Proper cleaning of the primer must be done after extended time without a top coat to remove any dust, dirt, grease or oil that may have contaminated the surface.

A 100% solids, two component cycloaliphatic epoxy coating. PC-590 provides very low permeability along with excellent impact and abrasion resistance. Formulated with a unique moisture insensitive polymer, PC-590 may be applied on wet surfaces or underwater without effect on cure. A special resin modification produces a low modulus, flexible film, making PC-590 ideal for painting over existing sound paint without “lifting”. Recommended for steel and concrete surfaces. In general, a universal high performance air cured chemical resistant coating. We also offer a higher viscosity cycloaliphatic epoxy coating, PC-591.

PC-155 is a moisture tolerant two component modified Polyamine Cured Clear Epoxy designed as a concrete primer to be used under our epoxy grouts, mortars, toppings, high performance coatings and lining systems. The low viscosity provides deep penetration into the concrete for excellent surface adhesion. Can be topcoated with 100% solids in 30 mins. – 1 ½ hrs at 75°F.

A 100% solids, two component Cycloaliphatic Epoxy Coating. PC-591 provides very low permeability along with excellent impact and abrasion resistance. Formulated with a unique moisture insensitive polymer, PC-591 may be applied on wet surfaces, or underwater without effect on cure. A special resin modification produces a low modulus, flexible film, making PC-591 ideal for painting over existing sound paint without “lifting”. Recommended for steel and concrete surfaces. PC-591 is a lower viscosity version of PC-590. PC-591 wet surface epoxy can be rolled without any solvent.

A low viscosity, two component polyamide modified epoxy primer/sealer formulated with unique wetting agents to provide maximum penetration into concrete surfaces. PC-149 seals concrete surfaces from penetration of water and chemicals which cause concrete deterioration and spalling. Ideal for both new and old concrete surfaces for exterior or interior exposures. PC-149 is also used as a primer for epoxy and polyurethane top coats.

PC-110 is a two component, high build Polyamide Epoxy Rust Inhibitive Primer designed for use as a primer for our Epoxy and Polyurethane Topcoats. PC-270 is a uniquely formulated two component, polyester epoxy coating. PC-270 uses specially selected polymer resins to produce a hard, high gloss tile-like finish. PC-270 is a non-yellowing, color stable coating. PC-270 provides outstanding wash and scrubability, making it ideal as an anti-graffiti coating and to surfaces exposed to great abuse. PC-270 is recommended as a coating for masonry, wood and primed metal surfaces.

A high solids modified cycloaliphatic cured multifunctional epoxy Novolac coating. The filler is ceramic which maximizes chemical, abrasion and thermal shock resistance. Has exceptional chemical and solvent resistance for an air cured system. Designed for use in splash and spillage of 98% Sulfuric Acid and 37% HCL. This product is used as a Finish Coat on steel, concrete and polymer materials.
