Hernon Tuffbond® 305 is a modified epoxy adhesive that provides a very fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 305 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. This very fast cure epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for rapid in-line assembly of loud speakers. Tuffbond® 305 is also recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Hernon ReAct® 761 is a tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding permanent magnets. ReAct® 761 has also found wide acceptance in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities. ReAct® 761 provides high tensile strength while maintaining excellent product flexibility. This results in tough durable bonds with outstanding impact and peel resistance. ReAct® 761 is a single component adhesive used in combination with Hernon® Activator 59, Activator 56 or Activator 63 for curing at room temperature. The adhesive may also be heat cured at 150ºC.

Hernon ReAct® 730 is a high strength non-flammable structural adhesive. This adhesive provides a resilient and rapid cure at room temperature when used with Hernon® Activator 56 or Activator 59. ReAct® 730 will provide high strength bonds on a variety of metals, ceramics, glass, and some plastics.

Hernon ReAct® 766 is a tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding permanent magnets. Temperature resistance from –40ºC (-40ºF) to 204ºC (400ºF). ReAct® 766 is a single component adhesive used in combination with Hernon® Activator 59 or Activator 63 for curing at room temperature. The adhesive may also be heat cured at 150ºC.

Hernon HASA® 722 is a single-component, anaerobic, structural adhesive designed for bonding rigid assemblies. HASA® 722 cure is accomplished when mating surfaces including metal, glass and ceramics are joined together. Accelerated cures are possible with the application of primers or by a short, low temperature heat cycle. Upon cure, HASA® 722 is a highly crosslinked thermoset plastic with excellent properties over a wide range of conditions.

Hernon HASA® 716 is a single component structural anaerobic adhesive formulated for bonding rigid assemblies at high temperatures. HASA® 716 cures when it is confined between mating surfaces. Hernon® Primer 50 accelerates the cure.

This results in tough, durable bonds with outstanding impact and peel resistance. This tough acrylic is a room temperature curing adhesive which is used in conjunction with Hernon® Activator 56.

Hernon Fusionbond® 372 is a two component, room temperature curing, 1:1 ratio, methacrylate adhesive system. Fusionbond® 372 is formulated to provide fixturing strength within 10 to 15 minutes. This adhesive is Halogen free. Fusionbond® 372 forms resilient bonds and maintains its strength over a wide range of temperatures. Fusionbond® 372 is suitable for bonding a variety of substrates with a minimum of surface preparation. Recommended substrates: PVC, acrylic, ABS, stainless steel, aluminum and some types of fiberglass.

Hernon Fusionbond® 373 is a two component, room temperature curing, 10:1 ratio, methacrylate adhesive system. This adhesive is low halogen and phthalate-free. Fusionbond® 373 forms resilient bonds and maintains its strength over a wide range of temperatures. Fusionbond® 373 is suitable for bonding a variety of substrates with a minimum of surface preparation. Recommended substrates: PVC, acrylic, ABS, stainless steel, aluminum and some types of fiberglass. Fusionbond373 provides toughness at temperatures from -67 to 250°F.
