Life-Kote 98 Series is a two-component, high solids, polyamide-cured, epoxy primer designed for use on interior or exterior substrates that require both extra flexibility as well as an extra corrosion resistant base for high performance topcoats. This product offers excellent adhesion to both the surface and the topcoats that follow. Highly resistant to many alkalis, solvents, and other active chemicals and provides excellent substrate protection in chemical and atmospheric environments. 98 Series can be top coated with converted epoxy topcoats, acrylic urethanes, and other high performance coatings.

Life-Kote 72 Series “Bullet Proof” Urethane is a two component, high solids, VOC compliant, urethane system designed to produce a highly weatherable, durable, and flexible finish for the high performance coating markets. 72 Series is the ultimate coating in color and gloss retention. This tough, abrasion resistant finish performs its best in the areas of gloss and color retention by outlasting conventional alkyds in severe sun exposure by 3 to 1. Must be catalyzed with 8002 Urethane Catalyst. Mix ratio is 2 1⁄2 parts Base to 1 part catalyst, by volume. 8002 catalyst is included with product. Mixed material will have a 2 hour pot life.

Life-Kote 72 Series 1:1 Mix Ratio is a two-component, high solids, VOC compliant, hybrid acrylic urethane system designed to produce a highly weatherable, durable, washable, and flexible finish for the high performance coatings market. 72 Series is the ultimate coating in color and gloss retention. This tough, abrasion resistant finish performs its best in the areas of gloss and color retention by outlasting conventional coatings in severe sun exposure by 3 to 1. 72 Series must be catalyzed with H8015 Urethane Catalyst. Mix ratio is 1 part base to 1 part catalyst, by volume. H8015 catalyst is included with product. Mixed material will have a 2-4 hour pot life.

Life-Kote 74A02/74P02 Series DTM 302 g/l VOC is a two component, high solids, high-build, V.O.C. compliant, hybrid acrylic mastic urethane system designed to produce a highly weatherable, durable, and flexible finish for the high performance coating markets. 74 Series is the ultimate coating in color and gloss retention. This tough, abrasion resistant finish performs its best in the areas of gloss and color retention by outlasting conventional coatings in severe sun exposure by 3 to 1. 74 Series must be catalyzed with 8015 Urethane Catalyst only. Mix ratio is 4 to 1. 8015 catalyst is included with the base product in kit form. Mixed material will have a 2-4 hour pot life.

Life-Kote 91 Series Topcoat VOC Compliant is a fast drying, high solids acrylic modified alkyd enamel designed for the segment of the OEM market that requires extra protection from the elements. Generally used as an industrial paint finish for OEM applications on a variety of metal substrates where performance and dry time are essential factors in production. This high performance product can be crosslinked with a hardener for even greater performance in heavy corrosion applications. Contains no lead, chrome or other heavy metal compounds. VOC compliant.

Life-Kote 92G19 Series Gray Primer is a premium high performance, fast drying, corrosion resistant metal primer containing rust inhibitive pigments for interior and exterior applications. This TTP-664 primer may be used as a barrier coat to permit vinyls, epoxies, or other strong solvent containing top coats to be applied. Adheres tightly to clean metal and to topcoats. Contains no lead, chrome or other heavy metal compounds. VOC compliant.

Life-Kote 92W06 White is a fast drying, corrosion resistant metal primer containing rust inhibitive pigments for interior and exterior applications. This primer may be used as a barrier coat to permit vinyls, epoxies, or other strong solvent containing top coats to be applied. Adheres tightly to clean metal and to topcoats.
