  • The starch’s gelling characteristics and fat emulsification properties enable manufacturers to replace milk proteins and dairy solids while delivering target texture and eating quality. PRECISA® 600 is bland in flavor, making it extremely suitable to cheese products.
  • With proper formulation, PRECISA® 600 is suitable for use in pizza, block, shredded, imitation, analog, and processed cheese products.
