ABchimie™ DVA BA

ABchimie™ DVA BA is a non-toxic solvent blend that can be used with any acrylic-based conformal coating. Used specifically for AVR80 BA acrylic coating. Thinners are primarily used to dilute coatings for use in dip and spray coating. ABchimie™ DVA BA is a specific thinner that allows you to reduce the amount of thinner in the mix with AVR80 BA to achieve a higher thickness on the pcb when spraying with a gun (mix is 1:1).

Promoclean™ TP 1113

Promoclean™ TP 1113 is specifically formulated for the removal of hydrocarbon- or water-based oils and greases in an aqueous immersion process. Despite having a high pH to facilitate cleaning, it does not harm sensitive metals or alloys such as titanium, aluminum, copper, or brass. It is a concentrated product that must be diluted with DI water before use.

3M™ Novec 1700 is a single component fluorinated polymer that has been diluted in 3MTM NovecTM 7100DL Engineered Fluid, a segregated hydrofluoroether solvent, to produce a low viscosity, low surface tension coating solution. It dries to an ultrathin, transparent coating with excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, making it ideal for moisture and corrosion protection of printed circuit boards and electronic components. It does not require curing and is simple to apply. According to the US EPA, Novec 1700 coating is nonflammable, non-ozone depleting, low in toxicity, low in GWP, RoHS compliant, and VOC exempt.

The coating contains a yelloworange dye that is built into the polymer and designed to fluoresce under UV light to aid in coating inspection and quality control.

ABchimie™ 746E UV LED is a single transparent component designed to protect printed circuit boards in harsh environments. It has dual cure technology (UV/LED - humidity) for shadow crosslinking. ABchimie746E UV LED can be applied using a brush, pad printing, spray machine, and, of course, a selective coating machine, which is the best method. Because of our system's low viscosity, we can limit the thickness to around 80 microns.
