Paracril NBR grades are produced by cold and hot polymerization process. The cold process yields linear polymers with good processing characteristics and solubility in polar solvents. The hot polymerization process leads to more branching. Branching in the hot Paracril grades is more developed in the higher viscosity grades. The hot polymers offer improved green strength. &rosslinNed 3aracril N%5 grades are unique in processing and function.

"Vinoprene is a group of nitrile rubber (NBR) / Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) blends. Certain grades of NBR and PVC are highly compatible at any blending ratio. The blend partners retain their critical individual properties while improving their overall properties synergestically. Vulcanizates based on NBR/PVC blends possesses excellent ozone resistance, fuel resistance and abrasion resistance while maintaining excellent extrusion characteristics."

Addition of DISPARLON® provides thixotropy with good shear thinning for ease of application, gunability and excellent slump control/bead formation. DISPARLON provides a balanced mix of performance benefits for both waterborne and solventborne adhesive and sealant applications.

Polyvinylidene fluoride shows a higher tensile strength, pressure resistance and dimensional stability than the related PTFE, but friction and insulation properties are lower. PVDF has a high mechanical strength and toughness at lower temperature and it’s self-extinguishing. The operating temperature ranges from -30 °C to +150 °C. PVDF shows a high resistance to chlorine, bromine and high-energy radiation.

The VINNEVA® brand comprises a range of polymer-based dispersions for the modification of bitumen emulsions. The dispersions are usually post-added to the bitumen emulsions.

The VINNAPAS® eco product line stands for polymer dispersions, dispersible polymer powders and solid resins derived from renewable raw materials via the biomass balance approach. VINNAPAS® eco grades are chemically identical to the corresponding basic VINNAPAS® products. VINNAPAS® eco dispersions, dispersible polymer powders and solid resins are manufactured using the biomass balance approach. This means that fossil raw materials are entirely replaced in the supply chain by renewable raw materials that are certified as sustainable. WACKER uses bio-based acetic acid that is a byproduct of the wood-processing industry and is certified as sustainable by PEFC® (Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification). The bio-based acetic acid is introduced at the beginning of the production cycle. The biomass balance approach mathematically determines the percentage of dispersions, dispersible polymer powders and solid resins made from renewable (non-fossil) raw materials. VINNAPAS® eco grades are certified to the REDcert2 standard and audited by TÜV NORD, an independent German technical inspectorate.

MEDUR is a PVC-U, free from lead, cadmium, CFC, silicon, PCB, bisphenol A, plasticiser and heavy metals. It is suitable for applications in the tank and equipment engineering, galvanisation technology, electric control-cabinets and many other uses.
