The 435 Thinner is a super-fast drying thinner, low VOC solvent for use with the MG Chemical’s conformal and EMI/RFI shielding coating products. It is designed to ensure good adherence to plastic substrates.

844AR is a one-part, solvent-based, permanent electrostatic dissipative (ESD) coating. It adheres strongly to plastics, paints, metals, and many other surfaces. The cured coating is flexible, durable, and will not crack, chip or peel. The coating can be cured at room temperature or higher. 844AR is commonly used in electronic assembly lines to protect against electrostatic charge build-up on tools, production conveyor and bumpers, assembly trays, workstation surfaces, and enclosures.

844WB is a one-part, clear, water-based ESD paint made from a high quality aliphatic polyester urethane latex. It adheres strongly to plastics, paints, metals, and many other surfaces. The cured coating is flexible, durable, and will not crack, chip or peel. This non flammable, low odor, low VOC coating is used in electronic assembly lines to protect against electrostatic charge build-up on tools, production conveyor and bumpers, assembly trays, workstation surfaces, and enclosures. 844WB can be applied by roller, brush, manual and selective spray equipment.

843AR is a conductive paint that consists of a 1-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with a highly conductive silver-coated copper flake. It is smooth, hard, and abrasion resistant. It is a ready-to-spray system, with no let down necessary. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT, PVA and ABS/PC blend. It provides excellent shielding levels at high frequencies. 843AR is designed to provide a conductive coating for the interior of plastic electronic enclosures that suppresses EMI/RFI emissions. It excels when higher levels of shielding are required.

9200FR is a toughened, flame retardant, 2-part epoxy adhesive, designed to create long-lasting load-bearing joints. It creates tough vibration resistant bonds and is especially useful for joining dissimilar materials that will experience thermal cycling stresses or harsh environmental conditions. This smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic adhesive is excellent for use on vertical surfaces, for gap filling, and for potting electronics enclosures with gaps where a non-thixotropic encapsulant would flow through.

9200 is a toughened, 2-part epoxy adhesive, designed to create long-lasting load-bearing joints. The 434 Acetone is an ACS grade, super-fast drying, VOC-exempt, zero-residue solvent. The fast evaporation rate of the 434 makes it a good thinner choice for spray application that require quicker drying times.

The 4354 Thinner 4 is a slower drying thinner for use with the MG Chemical’s urethane and acrylic conformal products. The thinner as excellent solvent strength, making it a good oil and grease remover. It has very low water solubility, so it is unlikely to absorb water and create blush. Its drying speed is slow enough to promote excellent leveling, but it is fast enough to accommodate a reasonable assembly line speed.

The 4353 Thinner 3 is a moderate speed drying thinner for use with the MG Chemical’s conformal coating products. The thinner promotes good flow properties and suppresses blushing.
