It is thermally stable and will not separate because of temperature cycling. Use 8481 when you want a lubricating grease that provides great electrical contact and extreme environmental protection. Super Shield™ Nickel Conductive Paint 841AR is a conductive paint that consists of a 1-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with a highly conductive nickel flake. This epoxy has a convenient 2:1 volume mix ratio, making it compatible with most dispensing equipment. 834B can be cured at room temperature or higher.

846 is an economical, carbon-filled, electrically conductive grease. It lubricates, reduces contact resistance, repels moisture, inhibits corrosion, and prevents static buildup. 847 is a carbon-filled electrically conductive paste. It improves electrical connections between non-moving parts in the same way a thermal paste improves thermal connections. It is thixotropic and can be used as a gap filler to ensure grounded connections or revitalize corroded sockets. Use 847 when you want a non-bleeding paste that provides great electrical contact and environmental protection. It is excellent for use on ground connections, battery terminals, bus bars, single pole jacks, slide connectors, HVAC connections, speaker posts, and fluorescent light pins.

832WC is a rigid, 2-part, clear epoxy resin that offers extreme environmental, mechanical and physical protection for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. It is designed for applications where high clarity is required. It does not yellow when exposed to UV light; it maintains clarity in applications with service temperatures of up to 65 °C and intermittent exposures of up to 100 °C. It can be used for underwater applications such as potting swimming pool lights. It is also a good choice for casting resin.

The 435 Thinner is a super-fast drying thinner, low VOC solvent for use with the MG Chemical’s conformal and EMI/RFI shielding coating products. It is designed to ensure good adherence to plastic substrates.

It maintains flexibility at low temperatures, provides exceptional adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, and provides excellent environmental stability. 842UR is designed for large volume board-level or package-level EMI shielding applications. It can replace traditional metal lid, which reduces cost, board thickness, and mass.

4223F-312G – Urethane Coating Spray 4223F-312G is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset urethane (UR) conformal coating spray. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with the right conformal coating remover (MG’s 8309 or 8310A) or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F-312G is considered to be one of the best conformal coatings for protecting circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.
