Pre-drying involves 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours, or 120°C in an air circulating dryer for 4-12 hours, with a maximum moisture content of less than 0.02%. Processing requires a melt temperature of 240-280°C and should be protected from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HM PC+ABS 1000 AG 16152 is a hygienic material with antibacterial properties according to ISO 22196 in its natural color. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PBT 700/9 is a pre-drying conditions polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) with a matt (textured) surface, used in the building and construction, fixtures/fittings, and household goods. Typical applications include kitchenware, fixing elements, and more. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 60-100°C. For proper use, keep in a dry, protected environment, not above 30°C, and pre-dry in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-120°C for 2-4 h, or in an air circulating dryer at 100-120°C for 4-8 h, depending on the moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® ABS 530/50 HM is a white, pre-dried Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with a hygienic filler/additive system and antibacterial properties according to ISO 22196. It has a melt temperature range of 220-260°C and a mold temperature range of 50-80°C. This product is suitable for injection molded parts such as sanitary articles, hygiene products, domestic appliances, functional components, handles, and fittings, and is used for applications in the packaging, personal care, household goods, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure markets. For optimal results, it should be stored in a dry, light-tightly sealed environment.

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L FC 9510-6 is a polyphenylene sulfide base polymer filled with 40% glass fibers, designed for the machinery market segment. It is used for applications such as pipe fitting, pump components, and ducting/piping systems. It has high stiffness and is recommended to be pre-dried with a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content, before injection molding. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be 320-340°C, and the mold temperature should be greater than 140°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 730/3.1 UV WT1283-09LDM is a polycarbonate-based extrusion grade material with a special filler/additive system containing UV stabilizers, antioxidants, and light scattering properties, resulting in a low gloss finish. It is suitable for use in lighting applications and is typically used for lamp covers. The melt temperature range for extrusion is 240-280°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/170 is a copolymer of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene with good flow and processing stability, suitable for injection molding at melt temperatures of 200-240°C and mold temperatures of 50-80°C. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HM PA6 1000 AG UV 15046 WT1077-15 is a pre-dried polyamide 6-based material with an additive system containing a hygienic material and light stabilizer. It is white in color, similar to RAL 9003 and RAL 9016, and has antibacterial properties according to ISO 22196. This material is suitable for use in personal care, household goods, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications. When processing with injection molding, the recommended melt temperature should be between 250-270°C and the mold temperature should be between 40-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 1000/588 is a polyamide 6 base polymer that is fast solidifying, easy to release (demolding), heat stabilized, and contains recycled material. It is suitable for electrical and electronic, automotive, building and construction, and various other applications and is typically used for conduit, technical profiles, and various other applications. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (desiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content. Processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® B 631-10 is a cellulose acetate butyrate base polymer used for injection molding with a phthalate-free plasticiser filler/additive system. It is pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer or air circulating dryer at temperatures of 50-70°C for 1-2 h or 2-4 h respectively, depending on moisture content. The extrusion melt temperature ranges from 190-235°C, and indie temperature from 40-80°C. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HM PA+ABS 1000 AG 14069 is a hygienic material composed of a Polyamide + Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene Blend, available in gray, similar to RAL 7015 and RAL 7042.
