MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9107-7 is a polyphenylene sulfide injection molding grade with 40% glass fibers, featuring high toughness, reduced flash, increased burst strength, low odor, and is suitable for automotive, machinery, and various applications, such as pump components, housings, pump impellers, and high pressure vessels. It has a minimum shelf life of 24 months. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS IM LS A WT1068-07 is a 9% injection molding and 9% extrusion grade Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer (ABS). It is designed to meet wall thickness and color intensity requirements for different applications and operational areas. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 FC 2050/100 GF50 is a heat and processing stabilized, injection molding grade polyamide 6 with 50% glass fibers, designed for applications in the food processing industry such as food contact injection molded parts and functional components. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of less than 0.15%. Melt temperature for injection molding should be between 270-290°C and mold temperature should be between 80-100°C. It should be protected from light and stored at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function POM LE GY5012-18 is a gray, similar to RAL 7021, polyoxymethylene copolymer-based colorant with a 3.0% extrusion and 3.0% injection molding dosage dependent on wall thickness and required color intensity dependent on application and operational area.
