MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® CFX ASA 5010 WP 16014 SV1019-16MC is a pre-dried Acrylonitile/Styrene/Acrylate/Copolymer containing 10% PTFE with a metallic effect, improved sliding/wear and low tendency to flow lines. It is used in the machinery market segment for injection molded parts such as bearings and sliding elements. Pre-drying conditions include 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours, and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours depending on the moisture content. The melt temperature for injection molding is 240-280°C and the mold temperature is 40-80°C. For optimal performance, it should be stored in a cool, dry, and dark place.
