MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PA-UV V 1955/2 is a polyamide polymer designed for use in building and construction applications. It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion and blow molding processes with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C. Dosage should be adjusted depending on the application and operational area, wall thickness, and required color intensity, ranging from 2-5%. This polymer has special features, such as being highly UV stabilized, having high dispersibility, being dust-free, and having a high additive content.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function PA AO A WT1114-15 is a 6% dosage injection molding colorant for use in Polyamide with a base polymer of Polyamide, a light fastness colorant of blue woolscale 8, a filler/additive system of light stabilizer, a color of white, special features of being UV stabilized, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, dust-free, with a high additive content and high dispersibility, for use in various building and construction applications, such as door handles.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function PA AO A OR3058-12 is a polyamide-based colorant with a light fastness of blue woolscale 7 and an orange color, similar to RAL 2010. It is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments and has a high dispersibility, a high additive content, and is dust-free. It is suitable for injection molded parts, blow molded parts, and extruded parts and should be pre-dried at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours depending on moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function SAN UV A OR3070-09 is a 4% dosage injection molding colorant that is dependent on wall thickness and required color intensity for use in Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer, Styrene/Acrylonitrile/Copolymer and Acrylonitile/Styrene/Acrylate/Copolymer. It is orange in color, UV stabilized, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, with a light fastness colorant of blue woolscale 6, a filler/additive system consisting of a light stabilizer, high additive content, dust-free and high dispersibility. It is designed for electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sports and leisure applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PA IM NC2595-14 is a high-impact, modified and heat-stabilized polyamide 66 base polymer, suitable for application in cable ties. For optimal performance, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at temperatures below 80°C for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. The injection molding temperature should be between 270-290°C, and the mold temperature should be between 40-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS UV A WT3061-13 is a white colorant, similar to RAL 9016, with a dosage of 6.0% for extrusion and 6.0% for injection molding, depending on wall thickness and required color intensity. It is UV stabilized, free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, dust-free, and has high additive content and high dispersibility. It is suitable for use in electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, as well as sport and leisure applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS UV A BK1356-04 is a black colorant with a light fastness of 8 on the Blue Wool Scale. It is based on an Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer (ABS) polymer and contains a light stabilizer filler/additive system. The colorant is easy to flow, UV stabilized, free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, and dust-free, with a high dispersibility and additive content. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function PC LS GY5030-19 is a gray colorant, similar to RAL 7016, made of polycarbonate and laser sensitive additive. It does not contain cadmium, lead, or diarylide pigments, and has a dosage of 3.0% for extrusion and 3.0% for injection molding depending on wall thickness and required color intensity, and a light fastness of blue woolscale 8. It can be used in polycarbonate injection molded and extruded parts, compounding, and blow molded parts and is suitable for use in automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications. To achieve the best results, it should be pre-dried and processed with specific temperatures for injection molding.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function HTC UV A WT3057-09 is a blue woolscale 8 light fastness colorant with a dosage of 3.0% extrusion and 3.0% injection molding. It is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, and is suitable for use in High Temperature Copolyester. This colorant is typically used in various applications, and should be pre-dried at 90°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 4-6 hours. The recommended processing injection molding temperature is melt temperature 260-280°C and mold temperature 40-65°C. Additionally, the thermal stability of the colorant should not exceed 280°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® ABS UV A 0018-04 is a Base Polymer Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with a Filler/Additive System of light stabilizer. It is UV stabilized, dust-free, and has high dispersibility. It is designed for use in Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer applications in the market segments of building and construction, sport and leisure, and Furniture, packaging. It is suitable for injection molded parts and extruded parts, with a dosage of 5 % for extrusion and 5 % for injection molding depending on the application and operational area.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS UV A WT5023-15 is a white, UV stabilized, cadmium, lead and diarylide pigment-free, dust-free, high dispersibility, and high additive content colorant used in Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer. This colorant is suitable for use in the electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure industries.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function PA UV A WT3103-10 is a white colorant, similar to RAL 9010, that is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments. Additionally, it is UV-stabilized, dust-free, has high dispersibility, and a high additive content. It has a light fastness colorant of blue woolscale 8 and a thermal stability colorant of 300°C max. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS UV CX GY1010-04 is a gray colorant similar to RAL 7036 and is used in electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, sport and leisure applications. It is composed of a base polymer of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer, a light fastness colorant of blue woolscale 8, and a filler/additive system of light stabilizer. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function PC LS FC WT5069-16 is a white, similar to RAL 9003, polycarbonate colorant that is used in the food processing industry, household goods, domestic appliances, packaging, automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure. It has a dosage of 5.0% extrusion and 5.0% injection molding, depending on wall thickness and required color intensity, and depends on application and operational area. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function PP AO BL5045-19 is a blue colored pigment for use in Polypropylene, Polypropylene Homopolymer, and Polypropylene Copolymer. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function PC/ABS UV A GY3003-12 is a gray color, similar to RAL 7038, for use in a polycarbonate + Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene Blend. The recommended dosage is 5.0% for both extrusion and injection molding, depending on wall thickness and desired color intensity. The colorant used is blue woolscale 8 and the base polymer is a polycarbonate + Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene Blend. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS UV CX BG1049-05 is a colorant with a light fastness blue woolscale 8, a base polymer of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer, and a filler/additive system of light stabilizer, antioxidant.
