Injection molding requires a melt temperature of 200-270°C and a mold temperature of 20-90°C, with a maximum moisture content of <0.10%.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 GY1320-04LD is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system that provides translucent, light scattering, and high light diffusion properties, as well as good flow. It is approved by GS93016 and is suitable for use in automotive and lighting applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. Processing injection molding temperature ranges from 270-310°C, with a mold temperature of 80-110°C. To ensure proper performance, this material must be stored in a dry, light-protected environment.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PP 620/2 GY1073-10MCF is a polypropylene homopolymer in gray, metallic color. It features flow line optimization, low tendency to flow lines, slip agent, and easy flow. It is ideal for applications in domestic appliances such as housings. It can be processed by injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-270°C and mold temperature of 20-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PBT A GY1165-06 MCS is a gray colorant with a metallic effect and high additive content. It is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments and has high dispersibility. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB PBT FC 2015 17076 GY1069-17 is a gray, opaque, food contact polybutylene terephthalate (Base Polymer) with 15% glass fibers, special filler (Filler/Additive System) designed specifically for light blocking components (Application Area) in the electrical and electronic market segment. It is typically processed through injection molding with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C. Pre-drying Conditions should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-120°C for 2-4 hours, or in an air circulating dryer at 100-120°C for 4-8 hours, with a maximum moisture content of <0.02%.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PP 620/10 GY1464-04MCF is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer with a gray, metallic color. It features flow line optimization, low tendency to produce flow lines, slip agent, and heat stabilization. This product is suitable for applications such as household items and housings, and can be processed using injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-270°C and mold temperature 20-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PP 620/6 UV GY1380-05MCO is a gray, metallic, flow line optimized, and UV stabilized polypropylene homopolymer. It is suitable for pre-drying conditions in an air circulating dryer at 80-100°C for 2-4 hours, or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-100°C for 2-3 hours, depending on moisture content. For injection molding, a melt temperature of 200-270°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C are recommended. Typical applications include housings for household goods. To ensure the best performance, it should be kept dry and protected from light, not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® ABS 530/29 HM-AG is a Pre-Drying Conditions Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with a filler/additive system of hygienic material and light stabilizer, in white, similar to RAL 9003, gray, similar to RAL 7004, similar to RAL 7015, and similar to RAL 7043, with special features of antibacterial acc. to ISO 22196. It is marketed in segments such as packaging, personal care, household goods, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure, with application areas such as injection molded parts, and typical applications including sanitary articles, hygiene products, domestic appliances, functional components, handles, and fittings.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/171 GY1127-05LD is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system that provides translucent, light scattering, and high light diffusion properties as well as easy flow. It is used in the automotive and lighting markets for applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements, and is approved by BQF5404. When injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-310°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-110°C. It is important to store the material in dry conditions and protect it from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HM PA+ABS 1000 AG 14069 is a hygienic material composed of a Polyamide + Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene Blend, available in gray, similar to RAL 7015 and RAL 7042. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® ABS A GY77-4071 is a gray-colored Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene (ABS) copolymer that has similar color properties to RAL 7016.
