EDAPLAN® 490 is a VOC-free wetting agent and dispersant for organic and inorganic pigments as well as carbon blacks in aqueous media. It is ideal for the manufacture of flood/float-free aqueous coatings systems (air dry and force dry, 2Ksystems) as well as for the manufacture of aqueous resin-free pigment concentrates. EDAPLAN® 490 stabilizes pigment dispersions and reduces the mill-base viscosity. Gloss, color strength and hiding power are improved and reflocculation is prevented.

TAFIGEL PUR 80 is designed as an “associative thickener” which builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a network between polyurethane, binder molecules and other paint ingredients. TAFIGEL PUR 80 can be used alone or in combination with other TAFIGEL thickeners, as well as with further thickener technologies. Aqueous gloss paints, thickened with TAFIGEL PUR 80 show minimal pseudoplasticity, similar to the rheology of solvent borne systems. AGITAN 282 has a wide formulation lattitude due to its ease of emulsification. Therefore it is especially suitable for clear coats, non-pigmented systems, low viscous systems and emulsion manufacturing.

OMBRELUB 730 is a stable emulsion of fatty derivates. It is easily miscible with water at all ratios. In emulsion based plasters OMBRELUB 730 leads to a prolongation of open-time and a reduction of cracks. Processing properties are improved.

AGITAN P 803 is recommended for application in dry blends which are dissolved in water before application. The addition of AGITAN P 803 results in low foaming solutions, specifically aqueous pastes or masses with very low air content. In some mortar systems AGITAN P 803 shows a plastisizing effect, meaning the spreading value is increased. This is ideal for jointless flooring compounds.

METOLAT 514 is an anionic dispersing agent with low foam tendencies suitable for many aqueous systems. It is recommended for most common pigments and fillers. METOLAT 514 is compatible with many emulsion polymers. It can be used over a wide pH range. METOLAT 514 reduces the mill base viscosity and provides higher pigment volume concentrations. It prevents the formation of settlements and stabilizes the system.

CERETAN® MTZ 9335 is a spray micronized Fischer-Tropsch-wax, coated with Zinc.Properties are high matting, no impact on color output, distribution and weather durability, no impact on mechanical properties.
