Many of our 700 family farmers have been stewarding cranberry farms for more than four generations, starting with the cranberry vine and its nutrient-dense berries. Our Ocean Spray farmers work to nourish and protect our superfruit year-round, from carefully watching for frost during the winter to conserving water for re-use on the farm. Our food and beverage facilities also work hard to ensure that the power of our cranberries makes its way into every sip and bite of our products. Diced Crunchy Cranberries

Cranberry 90MX Powder is a fine, free-flowing, rosy red powder obtained from spray-dried cranberry concentrate with a high percentage of fruit solids. With excellent stability and blendability, it offers a superior replacement option for artificial colors and flavors. This product is ideal for use in applications such as dietary supplements, confectionery, and dry-mix beverages.

Ocean Spray Cranberry 90MX Powder

Frozen superior whole cranberries are the product prepared from the sound, mature berries of the commonly cultivated cranberry plant (Genus/species - Vaccinium macrocarpon). The product is prepared by extra sorting and cleaning to assure a wholesome product and stored at temperatures necessary for preservation. The product is not processed to control for microbiological risks that may be found in unprocessed fruit. 

Ocean Spray Superior Whole Frozen Cranberries

CRUNCHY CRANBERRIES™ are whole superior grade cranberries, prepared from sound, mature berries of the commonly cultivated cranberry plant (Genus/species - Vaccinium macrocarpon), that are infused with a sugar cane syrup until an equilibrium Brix range is reached. The product is slowly baked using OSC proprietary drying process to achieve the desired crunchy texture. The process conforms to all provisions of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

Crunchy Cranberries™ Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Ruby Sweetened Dried Cranberries are produced by infusing a sucrose syrup into sliced superior grade cranberries, prepared from the sound, mature berries of the commonly cultivated cranberry plant (Genus/species - Vaccinium macrocarpon), until a specific equilibrate Brix range is reached. The product is then dried to moisture specification and lightly sprayed with oil. The process conforms to all provisions of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

Ocean Spray Ruby Sweetened Dried Cranberries

GLYCERATED MANGO BERRYFUSIONS® FRUITS are produced by infusing a sucrose/glycerine syrup into sliced superior grade cranberries, prepared from the sound, mature berries of the commonly cultivated cranberry plant (Genus/species - Vaccinium macrocarpon), until a specific equilibrium Brix range is reached. The product is then dried to moisture specification, lightly sprayed with oil, and topically flavored. The process conforms to all provisions of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

BerryFusions® Fruits - Glycerated Mango

Apple Infused Sweetened Dried Cranberries are produced by infusing apple juice concentrate into superior grade cranberries, prepared from the sound, mature berries of the commonly cultivated cranberry plant (Genus/species - Vaccinium macrocarpon), until a specific equilibrate Brix range is reached. The product is then dried to moisture specification and lightly sprayed with oil. The process conforms to all provisions of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

Ocean Spray Apple Infused Sweetened Dried Cranberries

The puree is prepared by cooking cranberries (200°F - 210°F for 5 minutes), prepared from the sound mature berries of the commonly cultivated cranberry plant (Genus/species Vaccinium macrocarpon). After cooking, the mixture is pumped through a sized finisher. The puree is packed in 55 gal. drums, cooled and frozen. Processing conforms to all provisions of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Part 110, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Part 120, Juice HACCP. This ingredient has received a heat treatment sufficient to yield a 5-log pathogen reduction.

Sweetened dried cranberries are produced by infusing a sucrose syrup into sliced superior grade cranberries, prepared from the sound mature berries of the commonly cultivated cranberry plant (Genus/species – Vaccinium macrocarpon), until a specific equilibrate Brix range is reached. The product is then dried to moisture specification and lightly sprayed with oil. The process conforms to all provisions of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic  Act.

Ocean Spray Soft & Moist Sweetened Dried Cranberries

DICED RASPBERRY flavored BERRYFUSIONS® FRUITS are produced by infusing sucrose syrup into sliced superior grade cranberries, prepared from sound, mature berries of the commonly cultivated cranberry plant (Genus/species - Vaccinium macrocarpon), until a specific equilibrium Brix range is reached. The product is then dried to moisture specification and lightly sprayed with oil, topically flavored and sliced through a slicer. The process conforms to all provisions of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
