Nitrophor™ FR2000 is a kind of new low halogen environmentally friendly flame retardant with N, P and Br for PP. NitrophorTM FR2000 has advantages of low dosage, low bromine content, no migration and no need of Sb2O3. Besides, it is also suitable for mineral filling system and masterbatch system. Products with NitrophorTM FR2000 can pass the tests of UL 94 V-2 (1.5mm), GWFI 850°C and GWIT 750°C.

Preniphor™ EPFR-100A contains N and P, is a kind of halogen free environmentally friendly flame retardant for polyolefin. It has been developed especially for various PP products, and can be used in other polyolefin products as well. Containing acid source, gas source and carbon source, Preniphor™ EPFR-100A takes effect by char formation and intumescent mechanism.

Preniphor™ EPFR-110DM is a kind of halogen free environmentally friendly flame retardant with N and P, especially designed for polypropylene, polyethylene and other advanced polyolefin products. Preniphor™ EPFR-110DM contains acid source, gas source and carbon source, taking flame retarding effect by intumescent flame retarded mechanism.

Phoniton™ MCA-8 is a kind of high effective nitrogen halogen free flame retardant. It is very stable when the temperature is lower than 300°C. However, sublimation will happen when the temperature is above 350°C. The decomposition temperature of Phoniton™ MCA-8 is 440°C～450°C.

It has been developed especially for various PP products, and can be used in other polyolefin products as well. Containing acid source, gas source and carbon source, 100MB75 takes effect by char formation and intumescent mechanism.

Preniphor™ EPFR-110T is a kind of halogen free environmentally friendlyflame retardant with N and P, especiallydesigned for TPE, EVA and other high requirementpolyolefin products. Preniphor™ EPFR-110T contains acid source, gas source and carbon source, taking flame retardancy effect by intumescent flame retarded mechanism.

Preniphor™ EPFR-400A contains N and P, is a kind of halogen free environmentally friendly flame retardant. It has been developed especially for the thermoplastic polyurethane and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). This flame retardant functions in the condensed phase and the gas phase. The FR TPU can be used in power cables, communication cables, geographic exploration cables and auto cables, etc. TPU with Preniphor™ EPFR-400A can pass the tests of UL 94 V-0 (0.75mm), UL 1581 VW-1 and other flame retardant grades.

Presafer 110MB80 is a kind of halogen free flame retarding masterbatch with N and P, especially designed for polypropylene, long fiber reinforced polyethylene and other advanced polyolefin product. 110MB80 contains acid source, gas source and carbon source, taking flame retarding effect by intumescent flame retarding mechanism.Flame retarded by 110MB80, polyolefin and glass fiber reinforced polyolefin can reach UL 94 V-0 (1.5mm) and the LOI is no less than 32.
