FluoroSLIP® 421T is a blend of spherical synthetic wax and PTFE.

SST®-2 is a white low MW PTFE micropowder with particle size distribution at a mean value of 8 µm. SST®-2 products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution, molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color. Made primarily from highly controlled recycled PTFE feedstocks, SST® products are used for their ability to produce slip, nonstick, water repellency, texture, release, rub, and abrasion resistance to surfaces.

CeraSPERSE 31 is carnauba wax compounded in Butyl Carbitol (Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). This slow-evaporating, hydrophilic glycol ether provides compatibility with both polar and non-polar systems. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

NonSKID 59 is a micronized, modified polypropylene wax. Shamrock's NonSKID micropowders provide resistance to sliding forces.

NonSKID 5389 is a micronized, modified polypropylene wax. Shamrock’s NonSKID micropowders provide resistance to sliding forces. NonSKID 5389 is used in air dry, baked, and radiation coatings for aqueous, solvent, UV, and powder systems at 3-5% of total formula weight.

S-395-SP5 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 120°C, good crystallinity, and the high onset of melt. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. Neptune 250SD is a finely micronized spherical oxidized polyethylene wax. Neptune 250-SD is recommended for use in liquid ink and coating formulations, including water-based, solvent-based, and UV systems for packaging and gravure inks, general industrial, furniture and floor coatings.

NonSKID 8001 is a combination of micronized polypropylene and PTFE. Shamrock’s NonSKID micropowders provide resistance to sliding forces.

S-379-H is a synthetic wax with a DSC peak melt around 100°C and corresponding low onset of melting. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. LoAngle 5413 is a synthetic wax showing multiple melting peaks ranging from 107 – 142°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

S-483 is a spherical synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 110°C. It has good onset of melting and low crystallinity. S-375 is a synthetic wax with a DSC peak melt around 100°C and the corresponding low onset of melting. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. TexMATTE 6005 is a cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate product.

S-232 MG is a micronized polyethylene-carnauba wax alloy. S-232 also is available in N1, N5 and SD3 grades.

S-NAUBA 5021 is a concentrated blend of carnauba and synthetic wax showing melting peaks ranging from 84 – 110°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance.
