This salt is evaporated from the water of the Dead Sea and crystallized, washed, milled and dried in a totally natural way. The food grade anti-caking agent, Yellow Prussiate of Soda, is added to retard calking. Potassium Iodide is added as a nutritional source of Iodide and Dextrose and Sodium Bicarbonate as stabilizers.

This salt is obtained from underground salt deposits by deep well solution mining. Subsequent evaporation of this brine by the vacuum pan system, under stringent process control, provides the highest purity and minimal insoluble extraneous matter for salt which contains no additives.

Superior Alpha Purified Salt is a high Purity, food grade, cubic crystalline Sodium Chloride of variable particle size distribution.
