ELASTOSIL® M silicone rubber has been the ideal solution for the production of molds that are highly elastic and have excellent release properties and optimum durability. These invaluable processing properties make ELASTOSIL® M indispensable, to both industrial and artisan mold makers.

ELASTOSIL® M

SILFAR® is the name of WACKER’s range of silicone-based products specifically intended for the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as for use in fermentation and other biotech processes. SILFAR® products feature outstanding chemical resistance. They are not resorbed in the digestive tract, and are therefore not metabolized. They are colorless and odorless.

WACKER’s CAVAQ10® is a highly bioavailable coenzyme Q10 powder. This fat-soluble, vitamin-like substance is a known antioxidant. Coenzyme Q10 has been associated with improved cardiovascular health and supporting optimum fuctioning of the cardiac muscle. However, many commercial products do not offer adequate bioavailability. WACKER’s cyclodextrin-encapsulated CAVAQ10® powder, by contrast, has an 18-fold higher bioavailability compared to other CoQ10 products.

CAVAMAX® is the trade name for cyclodextrins from WACKER. We are the only company in the world to manufacture all three naturally occurring cyclodextrins – α, β and γ (CAVAMAX® W6, W7 and W8). CAVAMAX® cyclodextrins have unique properties resulting in a wide range of functionalities, such as stabilization, rheology control, masking of bitterness or increasing bioavailability and much more. This paves the way for innovative food, pharma and industrial applications.

BELSIL® is an extensive range of premium-grade silicones intended specifically for personal care applications, and more especially for hair care, skin care, color cosmetics, and deodorants. BELSIL® products are developed and manufactured in the highest quality and with utmost care, ensuring that the formulations are highly efficient and reliable. With BELSIL®, you can tailor your hair-care or skin-care formulations or color cosmetics to obtain end products that are not only competitive but also meet the needs of the market.

CAVACURMIN® is a highly bioavailable curcumin complex that is around 40 times more efficiently absorbed than standard turmeric extract. The complexation with the naturally occurring oligasaccharide gamma-cyclodextrin results in a free-flowing, easily dispersible powder.

VINNAPAS® CA 5185 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is particularly suited for carpet binder applications where a softer hand is required. The dispersion permits the addition of high filler loadings, resulting in adhesive formulations with high solid contents that are typically required in the carpet industry. VINNAPAS® CA 5185 is not produced with any added organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors.

WACKER® AK 600 000 STAB is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 600,000 mm²/s. It is specifically formulated with a special heat stabilizer to provide protection against thermal decomposition and viscosity changes. This makes WACKER® AK 600 000 STAB highly suitable for applications that experience high temperatures and/or shear stress.

SEMICOSIL® M3E is a high-purity methyltriethoxysilane (M3E) known for its excellent purity, low metal content, and low chloride content. This product has been specifically developed for the semiconductor industry, serving as a precursor for low dielectric constant interlayer dielectrics and other applications.

ELASTOSIL® E43 Transparent is a self-leveling, one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent mechanical properties and has good adhesion properties to many substrates. In particular, it is used as adhesive on cured silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® R 3113 A/B is a two-component, heat-curing silicone rubber adhesive. It is used for fast bonding of cured silicone rubber to cured silicone rubber. It is suitable for bonding large, flat shapes. Adhesion can be further improved by post-curing, e.g. at 200°C for 4 h.

SILPURAN® 6000/40 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical and electrical properties. SILPURAN® 6000/40 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3071/40 US A/B is a primerless, self-bonding liquid silicone rubber (LSR) grade that bonds to various plastic substrates (e.g. PA, PBT) and metals but not to the mold. It exhibits excellent mechanical properties, clarity, and pot life and is suitable for food contact applications.

HDK® V16D is a synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. The product is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® V16D finds its application as a thickening and thixotropic agent in silicone sealants.

SILRES® BS 4004 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Dilute solutions of SILRES® BS 4004 serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for hydrophobic impregnation and priming of mineral surfaces. Treated mineral substrates exhibit an excellent beading effect. Additionally, SILRES® BS 4004 can be used for mass hydrophobation of non-load-bearing concrete products.

WACKER® Fluid NH 130 D is a highly pure, difunctional silicone fluid with a 3-aminopropyl termination. It is a polymerizing substance that can be used as a raw material or additive for the synthesis of copolymers through polyaddition or polycondensation reactions.

WACKER® E2015 is a 60% silicone emulsion that has been designed for use in polish applications for vinyl and rubber surfaces. It can be easily formulated into a vinyl protectant or tire dressing formulation by the simple addition of water and preservative as needed. WACKER® E2015 will form a durable, shiny, water-repellent film that is resistant to water and detergent washings. This product has been especially designed to exhibit good shine and durability under wet weather conditions and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

WACKER® E210 is a specially formulated emulsion of an organofunctional silicone blend developed for release in molding operations. WACKER® E210 offers cost savings to the end user by providing more effective performance at lower usage levels, decreasing the number of rejected parts, or enhancing the life of the end product.

WACKER® E35 100 is a 35% emulsion of medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It is primarily designed for use in applications for mold release, furniture polish, textile finishing, and other specialty formulations. WACKER® E35 100 contains sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. It should not be used in contact with amines.

WACKER® E35 10000 is a 35% emulsion of a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It is designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, car and furniture polish, textile lubricants and softeners, automotive care,and other specialty product applications. The E35 Series emulsions contain sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. These emulsions should not be used in contact with amines.

WACKER® E35 350 is a 35% emulsion of medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It is primarily designed for use in applications for furniture polish, textile finishing, and other specialty formulations. WACKER® E35 350 contains sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. It should not be used in contact with amines.

WACKER® E60 1000 is a 60% emulsion of a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane fluid using a nonionic surfactant system. This product has been designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, furniture polish, automotive care, and other specialty product applications.

WACKER® F756 is a specially formulated aminofunctional dimethylpolysiloxane fluid that is specifically used to enhance the detergent and corrosion resistance properties of automobile polishes. It can be used alone or in combination with other products such as F784 aminofunctional silicone fluid and standard polydimethylsiloxanes (AK fluids) to achieve excellent results.
