WACKER® E2015 is a 60% silicone emulsion that has been designed for use in polish applications for vinyl and rubber surfaces. It can be easily formulated into a vinyl protectant or tire dressing formulation by the simple addition of water and preservative as needed. WACKER® E2015 will form a durable, shiny, water-repellent film that is resistant to water and detergent washings. This product has been especially designed to exhibit good shine and durability under wet weather conditions and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Application Details

WACKER® E2015 should not be used in conjunction with sodium nitrite or combined with other materials that are known to contain nitrite. Avoid the use of high shear pumps when transferring this material. High shear mixing should be avoided in formulations which are simple dilutions of WACKER® E2015 with water. In addition, a suitable preservative should be incorporated into all waterbased formulations to help retard the growth of bacteria.

Combine the ingredients of Part A and mix until homogeneous, add Part B and mix until uniform.
