ELASTOSIL® LR 3040/60 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3040 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a very short curing time. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. They are particularly noted for their high tear resistance according to DIN ISO 34-1 A (trousers) and ASTM D 624 B (crescent).

SEMICOSIL® HMN-EL is a high-purity hexamethyldisilazane specifically developed for use in photoresists for semiconductor manufacturing. It serves as an adhesion promoter and silylating agent in processes like chemical amplification. This product is characterized by its high purity, low metal content, low chloride content, and low residue on evaporation, ensuring optimal performance in semiconductor applications.

VINNOL® H 11/59 is a copolymer composed of approximately 89 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 11 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Its primary application lies in serving as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. As a thermoplastic and physically drying binder, VINNOL® H 11/59 undergoes a film-forming process when the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

SILRES® BS 1702 is a solvent-free mixture of silane and siloxane that can be applied either in undiluted form or diluted with organic solvents. It is specifically designed as a high-quality specialty water repellent for impregnating fiber cement. When applied to fiber cement, SILRES® BS 1702 acts as an effective water repellent, helping to protect the material from moisture absorption and potential damage caused by water.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

BELSIL® SDM 5055 VP is a silicone wax known as stearyl dimethicone, classified according to the CTFA (Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Fragrance Association) guidelines. It exhibits excellent compatibility with various cosmetic raw materials, including oils, waxes, fatty alcohols, and fatty acids.

SILRES® BS 1306 is a solventless, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It can also be used as a water-repellent primer, in which case it should be diluted with water at a ratio of 1 part SILRES® BS 1306 to 9 parts water. If the primer is required to strengthen the substrate, we recommend adding a polymer dispersion in hydrosol form.

ELASTOSIL® RD 6620 F is a solvent-based addition-curing silicone rubber dispersion specifically designed for textile coatings, particularly as a topcoat. It provides a matt finish and exhibits properties such as reduced coefficient of friction and high abrasion stability. It is commonly used in architectural textiles.

POWERSIL® Paste AP is an opaque to whitish paste with a medium consistency. It exhibits good values for electrical insulation, permittivity, and dielectric strength. Additionally, POWERSIL® Paste AP shows minimal swelling of silicone elastomers it comes in contact with, thanks to the utilization of a special phenyl-silicone oil.

WACKER® E 677 is a 60% silicone emulsion specifically formulated to create a long-lasting water repellent film. When applied to vinyl, metal, plastic, or fiberglass surfaces, it provides a good gloss. This silicone emulsion is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

SILPURAN® 6600/40 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Compared to the SILPURAN® 6000 series, the coefficient of friction of a post-cured article made of SILPURAN® 6600 is reduced by 50–70%. SILPURAN® 6600/40 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

ELASTOSIL® Color Paste PT Blue RAL 5022 is a ready-to-use masterbatch comprising specific pigments and reactive silicone polymers that are commonly used to produce ELASTOSIL® high-consistency silicone rubber. This ensures a homogeneous covulcanization of the color paste without significant impairment of the physical properties (e.g. hardness) and without migration, as may be observed for systems based on silicone oil.

SILRES® WH is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion of a functional silicone resin. Dilute solutions of SILRES® WH are used as high-quality water repellents for impregnating wood surfaces. Undiluted SILRES® WH can also be used as a high-quality hydrophobizing additive for aqueous wood coatings and wood stains.

SILFOAM® SC 369 is a medium viscosity antifoam agent with a 100% active ingredient content. It is formulated with an organically modified silicone fluid. Compared to antifoam agents based on pure silicone fluids (PDMS), SILFOAM® SC 369 demonstrates enhanced compatibility with organic systems in general.

SEMICOSIL® 6C2S is a hyperpure hexachlorodisilane with ultra-high purity and low metal content. This product falls under the category of silanes used for chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and spin-on dielectrics (SOD). It was specifically developed for the semiconductor industry, serving as a precursor for low-temperature deposition processes and other applications within the field.

CRA® 45 AMA® is an exceptionally efficient controlled release additive specifically formulated for adjusting the release force in solvent-free DEHESIVE® systems. It offers high release levels, extremely stable release, and low levels of silicone mist at high coating speeds. CRA® 45 AMA® also demonstrates good bulk bath life, allowing for extended usability, as well as excellent thin-film bath life.

Wacker Chemie Isopropenyl acetate (IPA) is a clear, colorless to yellowish, mobile liquid with a pleasant, ester-like odor. It serves as a mild acetylating agent for pharmaceutical ingredients (steroids) and fragrance and flavor chemicals. IPA is also used in the synthesis of enol acetates and as a comonomer for the production of synthetic resins.

ELASTOSIL® R 573/50 A/B is a two-component, electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber for the manufacture of electrically conductive products. This product is an addition-cured electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber that shows a low volume resistivity. This product can be used within a temperature range of -55 °C to +210 °C.

HDK® H30RM is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H30RM is commonly used in various applications, including automotive coatings, industrial coatings, powder coatings, and as a rheology control agent.

WACKER® Plasticizer 100 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid with a density of approximately 0.96 g/cm³ at 25°C. It is not soluble in water. This product is commonly used in silicone sealants. WACKER® Plasticizer 100 serves as a raw material for the production of RTV-1-silicone rubbers.

VINNAPAS® EP 6300 is a high-solids vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with carboxylation. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. This dispersion exhibits excellent adhesion to films and metals, and it also offers impressive cohesive film strength. Furthermore, it has the ability to be crosslinked.

HDK® N20 Nutrition is a synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica powder produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white, high-purity colloidal powder that serves as a flow improver for powders and a thickener for liquids. Furthermore, HDK® N20 Nutrition meets the specifications for E551 according to Regulation (EU) 231/2012. It also complies with the requirements for INS 551 according to the current FCC (Food Chemicals Codex) and JECFA (Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives) monographs.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6360 F is a solvent-free, free-flowing silicone rubber designed for stiff textile coatings. It undergoes additional curing and is particularly suitable for applications that require strong adhesion. This product exhibits high additive tolerance, resulting in only a moderate increase in viscosity when mixed with adhesion promoters. As a result, ELASTOSIL® LR 6360 F is well-suited for textile coatings that have demanding adhesion requirements.

ELASTOSIL® RT 772 is a flowable, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone used for potting and coating applications. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 772 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can endure constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230°C (446°F) without damage.

SILRES® BS SMK 1311 is a solventless silicone microemulsion concentrate based on silanes and siloxanes that is diluted with water to yield microemulsions. The dilute aqueous solution of SILRES® BS SMK 1311 serves as a high-quality, general-purpose water repellent for impregnating and priming mineral and even alkaline substrates. SILRES® BS SMK 1311 also serves as a chemical damp-proofing agent in a diluted aqueous solution.

HDK® H2000/4 is a highly efficient free flow additive designed specifically for use in electrophotographic toners. It is suitable for various types of toners, including monocomponent magnetic toners, monocomponent nonmagnetic toners, dual-component toners, crushed type toners, and polymerization toners. The recommended application range for HDK® H2000/4 is 0.5 to 3.0 wt%.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/80 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® N 2199 is a one-part, ready-to-use, acid- and solvent-free, non-corrosive RTV-1 non-slumping paste that cures at room temperature to a permanently flexible silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent adhesion to a broad variety of substrates.

WACKER® Polymer FD 50 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. ELASTOSIL® Color Paste PT Brown RAL 8015 is a ready-to-use compound comprising specific color pigments and a reactive silicone polymer, which is commonly used in ELASTOSIL® high-consistency silicone rubber. This ensures a homogeneous covulcanization of the color paste without interference of the physical properties (e.g. hardness) and without migration as observed with silicone oil.

WACKER® F784 is a specially formulated aminofunctional dimethylpolysiloxane fluid that is used to enhance the detergent and corrosion resistance properties of automobile polishes. It is designed to provide excellent results either when used alone or in combination with other products such as F756 aminofunctional silicone fluid and standard polydimethylsiloxanes (AK fluids).

ELASTOSIL® LR 3071/50 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3071 series. This product is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

POWERSIL® 730 A/B is a low-viscosity two-component compound known for its excellent processing properties, high tracking and erosion resistance, as well as outstanding mechanical and electrical properties. It is a ready-to-use system that is very easy to process due to its low viscosity. Additionally, it exhibits excellent dielectric properties and high arcing resistance.
