Micronized Products Mica 40# range of products are obtained as a co-product from the pegmatite ore at our mining operation situated in the Limpopo Province in South Africa. After separation the Mica is delaminated, screened, milled and classified to specific size specifications.

Gabriel Chemie HP79860UV is easy usage, applicable for films, tapes, boards, profiles, pipes, polymer foams, cable isolation, as well as for injection molding. It has UV-Stabilizer for Polyolefin thin and thick wall, HALS-stabilizer.

Hubercarb® W3NT is a 3-micron calcium carbonate produced in Quincy, IL containing an extremely low level of crystalline silica content enhanced by a propreitary fatty acid based surface treatment.

Kolon Industries SUKOREZ® SU-400 is a white thermoplastic resin obtained from the copolymerization and hydrogenation of C5 aliphatic olefin and C9 aromatic olefin generated in the thermal-depolymerization process of naphtha. This product offers excellent thermal stability and compatibility with various elastomers such as Ethylene-Vinyl-Acetate (EVA), Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene copolymer (SIS) and Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene copolymer (SBS) so this product is used as tackifier resin for hot melt adhesive (HMA) and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA). SUKOREZ® SU-400 is water white aromatic modified, cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon resin. The major usage is a tackifier for EVA, SIS, SBS block copolymers and metallocene polyolefins.

Huber Engineered Materials’ Hymod SB36 SG is a coarse, mechanically ground, surface treated ATH product that provides hydrophobicity, flame retardancy and smoke suppression in a variety of applications, such as acrylic, EPDM, EVA, SBR, polyester and polyolefin compounds. The surface modification enables this product to have low moisture and to be easily and uniformly dispersed into polymers at high loading levels without causing processing rheology concerns.

AKTIFIT VM is a SILFIT Z 91 coated with vinyl functional silane.

RELEASE K 100 ES is a synthetic polymer with an elevated molecular weight in a 100% solid form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for tapes with a superior resistance to heat and humidity. Hubercarb® Q2 is an ultra-fine ground calcium carbonate produced at Huber’s Quincy, Illinois plant which is known for its natural uniformity producing consistent purity and brightness. Carefully controlled particle distribution allows the material to be used in a wide range of applications including paints, coatings, PVC pipe and profiles, rubber and plastics.

RELEASE G 100 H is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in 100% solid powder form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting points (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. It can also be used with hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives. The product is silicone-free.

SYLVARES 1095 tackifier is a thermoplastic terpene phenolic resin designed for tackifying hot melt adhesives to provide superior adhesion and thermal-stability properties. This low softening point terpene phenol resin exhibits excellent compatibility and tackifying properties for use in styrenic-block-co-polymers and for solvent acrylic based pressure sensitive adhesives. This resin can also be used to tackify metallocene polymers.

RELEASE PP 25 DILUITO is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution.

RELEASE HT 100 is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in a 100% solid form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting point, coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and acrylic adhesives. RELEASE HT 100 is produced by a particular polimerization tecnique that avoids heavy metals catalysts. The product does not contain silicone compounds.

SYLVARES TR M1115 polyterpene resin is a biorenewable tackifier made from selected terpene monomers. This product can be used to tackify natural rubber, synthetic elastomer, and some polyolefin adhesives. The aliphatic nature of this product allows compatibility with the mid-block of styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymers while limiting interaction with the styrenic endblocks providing a balance of tack, peel, cohesive strength, and heat resistance. It has a narrower molecular weight distribution, which improves compatibility with some adhesive elastomers.

DOG Chemie Deolink Vinyl-100 (Tris[2-methoxyethoxy]vinylsilane) and Deolink Vinyl TE-100 (Triethoxyvinylsilane) are used to improve the physical properties of peroxide cured compounds and to establish a chemical link between rubber and light active filler. By the use of Deolink Vinyl-100 and Deolink Vinyl TE-100, the wet electrical properties can be optimized, which is of relevance for the cable industry. Deolink Vinyl TE-100, as opposed to Deolink Vinyl-100, does not develop toxic methoxyethanol during processing.

When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting points (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. It is not recommended for hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives. The product is silicone free.

Hubercarb® W325 is a 13-micron calcium carbonate grade produced in Quincy, IL. Its advantages include a controlled medium-fine particle size distribution with low moisture and low silica content.

MPI Chemie UV-571 is a liquid ultraviolet light absorber (UVA) of the hydroxyphenyl benzotriazole class which imparts good light stability to a variety of polymers.

ADDAPT PolySurF ACE is a solvent free polymerisable additive. It imparts benefits like: acid resistance, high gloss, excellent pigment wetting, water repellence, film appearance, UV stability and improved adhesion to thermoplastics. It is the Acrylic Acid adduct of the epoxy ester of Versatic Acid.

Alteo SH80 is used in a wide variety of applications and polymer systems which consists of low fines content and a very well defined topcut. It is available from from 25 to 4 microns.

Kolon Industries HIKOREZ® H-2100 is a pale yellow thermoplastic resin obtained from the copolymerization and hydrogenation of C5 aliphatic olefin and diolefin generated in the thermal-cracking process of naphtha, and offers better colorand heat stability, and lower odor than the previous C5 hydrocarbon resins. This product offers excellent compatibility with Ethylene-Vinyl-Acetate (EVA), Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene copolymer (SIS), and is used as tackifier. HIKOREZ® H-2100 is light color cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon resin. The major usage is a tackifier for EVA, SIS, SEBS block copolymers, metallocene polyolefins and APAO. .
