G-TEX M 1200 is Nonwoven fabric made from recycled carbon fiber. 1200 denotes the fabric width in mm.

Teccore® TG180HP creates additional stiffness in advanced composite panels at lower weight and cost. A panel density of 0.9 g/cm2 can be achieved. By replacing carbon (prepreg) content, Lantor Teccore reduces the environmental impact of carbon composites up to 40% CO2 eq. emission and energy used. Conformat N751 is a continuous strand, glass fiber reinforcing mat. N751 is a semi-porous mat most frequently used for structural strength in flat or slightly contoured parts manufactured by Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), Compression Molding and Closed Mold Injection. STYPOL® 040-8003 is a pre-promoted,flame-retardant polyester resin containing styrene monomer. It is especially formulated for production of reinforced plastic products using resin transfer molding (RTM). Certain applications with specific flame-retardant needs may require the addition of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and modest amounts of alumina trihydrate or antimony oxide/ammonium dimolybdate.

HiMax™ 8gsm DPA (Dot Pattern Adhesive) products are designed to help composite manufacturers maintain the desired position of the reinforcement prior to resin introduction, particularly in closed mold processes such as vacuum infusion and resin transfer molding. HiMax™ DPA was developed to provide the optimal level of tack while keeping additional weight to a minimum. Using DPA in conjunction with HiMax™ fabrics allows the user to easily position and re-position the individual layers of their laminate stack before resin is introduced. Conformance to tight radii and complex mold geometry is also aided by DPA.

PRF Composite Materials RS-M135 is an ultra low viscosity laminating system formulated for use in the manufacture of composite components from glass, carbon and aramid fibers. The system is suitable for components requiring high static and fatigue strength properties using injectin molding (e.g. RTM), vacuum infusion and pultrusion processes. At 25°C the mixed viscosity is approximately 200 mPa s and may be lowered further to a value of 100 - 150 mPa s by warming the resin (see page 5), thus even complicated parts with long flow paths can be injected without difficulty. With a mold temperature of around 30°C, the temperature rise with hardener RS-MH137 remains very slight, allowing thicker parts to be built at elevated temperatures.
