ELASTOSIL® LR 3040/70 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3040 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a very short curing time. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. They are particularly noted for their high tear resistance according to DIN ISO 34-1 A (trousers) and ASTM D 624 B (crescent).

ELASTOSIL® LR 3843/30 A/B is an oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3843 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3015/70 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber. It is a paste-like, readily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high oil resistance. It is off-white and has moderate mechanical properties. Thanks to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3675/50 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3675 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. HDK® H2000 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H2000 is primarily used as a reinforcing filler in silicone-elastomers, enhancing their properties. Furthermore, it serves as a free flow additive in the production of technical powders and finds application as an additive in antifoam agents.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3011/50 FR A/B is a liquid silicone rubber. It is a paste-like, low-inflammable, two-component compound. The excellent flame retardancy is confirmed by UL94-V0 listings at 0.75 mm and 3 mm thickness. Good heat resistance, low compression set, short curing times, and non-abrasive behavior in the LIM process are further benefits of this material.
