17 oz. aramid and "soft glass" fibers are combined to make a fabric that is stronger than pure aramid and less abrasive than glass fabrics. This material is impregnated with a high temperature phenolic resin matrix, which produces a composite with excellent mechanical strength at elevated temperatures and adverse environments. Applications include wear plates for conveyor systems, valve plates, and compressor and pump vanes. Variations of this material may be developed for specific applications.

HexPly® 250 is a phenolic matrix widely used in honeycomb sandwich components for aircraft interior furnishings. The low smoke and low toxicity properties of 250 during ignition meet the requirements of FAR 25 and ATS 1000. HexPly® 250 prepreg is available in fabric reinforcements and single tows.

APCM DA 4090 is modified epoxy pre-impregnated system which can cure at 250°F (121°C) for one hour. DA 4090 | DA 4092 can be supplied on any commercially available glass, Kevlar, or graphite fabric. DA 4090 is a one sided pre-impregnated fabric yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4092 is the same system where both sides of the fabric are pre-impregnated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepreg systems can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

PPS is a high temperature semi-crystalline polymer with a good combination of toughness, chemical and solvent resistance, low moisture absorption and superior FST properties. LTNM600/P3/600 is a Sandwich composite felt. It is a fabric with a sandwich structure made of synthetic non-woven core material with uniform glass fiber short layers or glass fiber cloth on both sides, and multi-axial fabric stitched by polyester stitching threads. The weight is 400~2000g/㎡, and the width is 50~3200mm. Products are widely used in wind energy, nacelle covers, boats, auto parts, etc.

SIMPREX® H325 is an advanced vinyl ester prepreg designed to provide good fire retardance properties (V-1 flammability rating).
