Aktifit is an activated Silfit Z 91 produced by modifying the surface with functional silanes. The by-products split off during the treatment reaction are largely removed during the production process which firmly attaches the silane to the filler surface. This helps minimize undesirable side effects, as they are potentially encountered with in-situ mixing (direct addition of silane to the compound).

Due to its excellent thermal and mechanical properties, this semi-crystalline material belongs to the polymer group of high-performance plastics (HPM).

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability.  This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications. 

Magnalube brand of specialty lubricants has been in production since 1978. Magnalube maintains strict supervision over the manufacturing process and constantly strives to improve product quality. Magnalube is regularly tested for consistency and all of the ingredients are constantly analyzed to ensure that the inputs used are in fact the finest ones available.

Due to its good thermal and mechanical properties, this semi-crystalline material belongs to the polymer group of engineering plastics. In addition to its high strength, hardness and toughness, it has a high heat deflection temperature of -40 °C to approx. +100 °C. However, the good damping capacity can only be achieved after conditioning, so this material should be re-conditioned after tempering. The material also has good sliding and dry-running properties. Due to the increased moisture absorption behavior in comparison to other polymer materials, possible dimensional changes as well as changes in the mechanical and electrical properties must be taken into account prior to material configuration.

This amber-colored, transparent material belongs to the group of amorphous high-performance plastics. Polysulfone has a good heat deflection temperature and heat aging resistance (-100 °C to +160 °C). In addition, this material has a high hardness and strength, very good hydrolytic stability and high radiation resistance (permeable to microwaves up to 2.45 GHz). PSU also has high dimensional stability and resistance to β- and γ-, X-rays and infrared rays. However, PSU is not UV stable and notch sensitive.

G-Etronax is an all-in-one material. This is because the carefully composed resins combined with the glass base result not only in exceptional resistance but also amazing electrotechnical properties, making G-Etronax suitable for countless applications. G-Etronax is incredibly strong and retains its high mechanical strength even at high temperatures. This material thus has a high thermal stability, and some types of G-Etronax can be used at up to 210°C. Certain selected qualities are also fire-retardant, which is why just the thermal properties alone make G-Etronax a highly versatile material. Add its extremely good electrical insulation properties, low water absorption and high machinability, and you can see that the applications of G-Etronax are virtually limitless.

Fibertec micas are platy minerals. Mica is generically a complex group of aluminosilicates occurring naturally as plates or sheet-like forms. Fibertec micas can be surface treated to enhance performance in various resin systems. Fibertec mica is used as functional fillers providing reinforcement in thermoplastic and thermoset resins to improve flexural modulus, tensile strength, impact strength while minimizing shrinking and warping at elevated temperatures.
