ELASTOSIL® RT 402 is a pourable, condensation-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is characterized by its antistatic properties, condensation-curing mechanism, and flowability. SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL PPE 646 resin is a high molecular weight polymer based on Polyphenylene Ether (PPE). This material is intended for use as an additive or a building block in a variety of thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers such as Styrenic Block Copolymers. PPE powder can be used to improve properties (i.e. Heat Distortion and Creep Resistance). It is hydrolytically stable and non-hydroscopic (typically less than 0.2% water uptake). The polymer is soluble in common organic solvents like toluene, chloroform, and THF. ULTEM 1000F3SP powder is a RoHS compliant polyetherimide (PEI) powder offering a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217ºC. This FDA compliant powder is available in a spherical shape with an average particle size (D50) of 15 micron and a maximum particle size (D100) of 75 micron.

SABIC's Specialties Business FLEX NORYL™ WCD891B resin is a flexible, non-reinforced extrudable blend of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE). This material contains non-halogenated flame retardant and performance capable of meeting UL VW-1 requirements, 80C end use temperature rating, and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581. FLEX NORYL™ WCD891B resin is intended for evaluation in wire and cable applications in dark colors. It has a Shore A Hardness reading of 89 and exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electric properties, and low specific gravity. Processing is typically conducted on standard extrusion equipment, and UL 1581 testing is conducted on 2.0mm wire with 0.12mm X 20 stranded copper conductor. This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2mm and V0 at 1.5m along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ HS2000X resin exhibits strong electrical performance, dimensional stability, very low moisture absorption, and hydrolytic stability. This material is an excellent candidate for electronic / electrical indoor and outdoor applications including air conditioner parts, smoke detector covers, pool + spa pump parts and housings.

NORYL PX1630 has been certified for potable water applications up to 85C in Europe and North America in limited colors. *NSF certification is color dependent.
