ELASTOSIL® RT 778 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 778 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can continuously endure changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 250°C (482°F) without damage.

LUMISIL® 903 A/B is a low-viscosity, addition-curing two-part silicone that, when mixed in a 1:1 ratio, cures to a flexible and highly transparent silicone rubber. This flowable silicone offers rapid heat curing, and upon vulcanization, it forms a highly transparent rubber material.

ULTEM 1000F3SP powder is a RoHS compliant polyetherimide (PEI) powder offering a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217ºC. This FDA compliant powder is available in a spherical shape with an average particle size (D50) of 15 micron and a maximum particle size (D100) of 75 micron.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9034 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin with excellent low temperature ductility, robust flame retardancy (V0/5VA), good processability and electrical tracking resistance. It is UV stabilized with F1 rating and is a good candidate for applications like photovoltaic connectors.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2400 is a standard flow 40% glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide resin. The material is RoHS compliant and is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers offering UL94 V0 ratings and FAR25.853 performance. The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C.
