  ULTEM™ Resin AUR200G0 is an unreinforced ULTEM recycle based grade. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9334 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a UV stabilized, medium flow opaque material suitable for injection molding (IM) and sheet extrusion applications. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40°C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. It is available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business Enhanced Flow Polyetherimide in 350 micron powder. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM 1010P Resin is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) powder. This powder is available with an average particle size (D50) of 350 micron. It may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. It has a lower molecular weight then 1000P. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retarded. The material is RoHS Compliant. The base material is transparent amber colored. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

High flow ULTEM for thin wall application

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1000 is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. It features excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties at high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS-compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance needs to be checked case by case for colored variants. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. ISCC+-certified renewable bio-based solutions are available for this grade via differentiated color nomenclature. SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL GTX678 resin is a conductive, high performance non-reinforced alloy of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Polyamide (PA). This injection moldable grade is optimized for primer-less electrostatic and powder coat painting, and it is UL 5VA rated with a non-brominated, non-chlorinated FR package. NORYL GTX678 resin exhibits an excellent balance of conductivity, high heat resistance, good ductility, and is heat stabilized. This material is an excellent candidate for non-automotive painted applications such as office furniture, PVC/metal replacement, lighting ballast housings / enclosures, and appliance exteriors. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ DX11355 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing proprietary fillers and available in black color only. Added features of this grade include: Improved Plating Surface and Mechanical Performance suitable for Laser Direct Structuring (LDS) applications, Improved Impact, Non-Brominated, Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant.

ULTEM™ Resin DT1810EVUCL has improved ductility, transparent, enhanced flow Polyetherimide blend (Tg 200C) with internal mold release and enhanced ductility.

Transparent, high flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C)

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL7414 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade. It offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40C), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard Polycarbonate. It is available in wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC62368-1.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP LUBRICOMP C2801 compound is based on Polycarbonate / Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend containing 5% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant and Flame Retardant suitable for moving components in business equipment. Medium Heat performance.

LNP LUBRICOMP WR5210R compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing 7% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Internally Lubricated, Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ DMX1435 is a UV stabilized standard flow polycarbonate copolymer resin with improved scratch resistance, improved dielectric performance (lower Df). SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ EX130 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection molding grade exhibits a good balance of impact resistance and surface esthetics. NORYL™ EX130 resin, with its low warpage and dimensional stability, is an excellent candidate for automotive exterior applications. This grade is a good candidate for consumer electronics, mobility interiors and other adjacent applications, which need lower scratch and diffusive effects performance.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N190X resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with a UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N190X resin offers strong electrical performance, low moisture absorption, dimensional stability, and hydrolytical stability. This material is an excellent candidate for indoor and outdoor electrical enclosure, wall plate / switch, connector, and solar / photovoltaic junction box applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business FXD153 is an Extrusion / Blow molding grade in a Diffusion effect, which is part of the VisualFX family. SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN CFR7630 Polycarbonate (PC) resin is a non-filled resin, suitable for injection molding and extrusion. This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC has an UL-94 V0 rating at 1.0 mm / 5VA rating at 3.0mm and is UV stabilized (F1 rating) providing additional weathering capability. LEXAN CFR7630 resin is available in transparent and opaque colors.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN BFL4000U Polycarbonate (PC) is an injection moldable non-chlorinated/brominated, unfilled, flame retardant grade with high flow. It is UV stabilized, light reflective and has an MVR of 22 (300°C/1.2kg) and a UL94 V0@1.5mm.

SABIC's Specialties Business Transparent, Thermoplastic Polyimide (TPI) resin with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 247C. Internal mold release. This product has thinwall FR capability and has a UL94 V0 listing. This material is RoHS compliant and also halogen free according VDE/DIN 472 part 815. It is UV stabilized and has an MVR of 21 (300°C/1.2kg) and a UL94 V0@1.8mm, and is available in opaque color options.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN CFR9712 Polycarbonate (PC) resin is a non-filled, injection moldable grade. This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC has an UL-94 V0 rating at 2.0 mm and high flow capability. LEXAN CFR9712 is available in clear transparent and tinted color options that is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications.
