LUMISIL® 903 A/B is a low-viscosity, addition-curing two-part silicone that, when mixed in a 1:1 ratio, cures to a flexible and highly transparent silicone rubber. This flowable silicone offers rapid heat curing, and upon vulcanization, it forms a highly transparent rubber material.

ELASTOSIL® RT 778 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 778 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can continuously endure changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 250°C (482°F) without damage.

ULTEM 1000F3SP powder is a RoHS compliant polyetherimide (PEI) powder offering a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217ºC. This FDA compliant powder is available in a spherical shape with an average particle size (D50) of 15 micron and a maximum particle size (D100) of 75 micron.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN FXD941A resin is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin for Extrusion / Blow molding. Added features of this grade include: Diffusion effect and Brominated Flame Retardant. Color package may affect performance.

ULTEM™ Resin 4001 is a PTFE filled, standard flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C). ECO Conforming, UL94 V0 and 5VA listing.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N190X resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with a UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N190X resin offers strong electrical performance, low moisture absorption, dimensional stability, and hydrolytical stability. This material is an excellent candidate for indoor and outdoor electrical enclosure, wall plate / switch, connector, and solar / photovoltaic junction box applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ HS2000X resin is a 17% mineral reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2mm and V0 at 1.5m along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ HS2000X resin exhibits strong electrical performance, dimensional stability, very low moisture absorption, and hydrolytic stability. This material is an excellent candidate for electronic / electrical indoor and outdoor applications including air conditioner parts, smoke detector covers, pool + spa pump parts and housings.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ EX130 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection molding grade exhibits a good balance of impact resistance and surface esthetics. NORYL™ EX130 resin, with its low warpage and dimensional stability, is an excellent candidate for automotive exterior applications. LNP KONDUIT PX10323H compound is based on Nylon 6 resin containing glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Thermally Conductive and Healthcare.

This injection moldable grade exhibits high heat resistance, excellent chemical resistance, and high melt flow. NORYL GTX918W resin may be an excellent candidate for automotive under-the-hood and electrical applications requiring the retention of properties while under thermal load. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES DMX1435D is a UV stabilized standard flow Polycarbonate (PC) copolymer resin with diffusion effect and improved scratch resistance. This grade is a good candidate for consumer electronics, mobility interiors and other adjacent applications, which need lower scratch and diffusive effects performance.
